Bought this PC thinking it was going to be amazing. After 3 weeks of waiting finally got it in. Box was tore up; I know this wasn’t Best Buy’s fault. The CPU wasn’t in the motherboard, the cpu fan was broken, the back side of the case was missing and it didn’t come with any proponents that it listed. I took it back to Best Buy to get a refund and that was the hassle. They didn’t have the same pc in stock but they had a more expensive one and I decided to go ahead and get it instead of waiting 3 more weeks again. Ask the store manager if there was any way I could get a discounted price because of what I went through with the other PC he told me no, then proceeded to degrade me because I refused to buy the extended warranty. This type of customer service is unacceptable and if Best Buy wants to foster an environment like that than that will be the last time I will ever purchase a product from the. I will be reaching out to corporate. Also the PC didn’t work, it would turn on but nothing would work. Just got a black screen. I tried all the trouble shooting as well.

Power supply broke in 8 months due to the wattage not being capable to power a 3060 ti with a ryzen 7

Doesn't work keeps turning off every time no matter what you do.

Bought this pc for my 13yr and he was excited. Went to pick it up and had my 18yr help me set it up. Powered on the pc connected all the cables and pc doesn’t work. How dare Best Buy sell a broken PC. Went back and returned it.

Great price for what you are getting. Good CPU and GPU combo. The reason this review is not 5 stars is because the PC gets a bit loud with how hot it gets. I will probably upgrade the CPU cooler to a NXT $100 cooler. The Bluetooth was disconnect on me for my Xbox controller and headphones, but I'm new to PC's so it could have just been me.

Great computer, runs smoothly, set up instructions super easy to follow. Will eventually have to upgrade the CPU because the GPU bottlenecks the CPU, but it isn't a problem for now.

This pc is amazing for its price. The only thing I would change is the cpu cooler, besides from that, it is great.

This PC does not disappoint. Super easy setup. It has everything I could want and need. Its not only full of power but fun. The fans spinning with bright colors bring a bit of fun each time I use it. I highly recommend

This is a worthwhile purchase and a solid PC for the price. It came nicely packaged and worked right out of the box. Shipping was delayed slightly. A few points: - As others have mentioned, the memory is 3200mhz as opposed to 3000mhz. - The graphics card is the dual fan version of the 3060 TI, which explains why it appears smaller in the pictures. Benchmarks were slightly lower than the 3 fan version, but only by a few percentage points. - RGB fan colors can be changed with the button on the top of the case to the left of the power button. - So far, the temps for both the CPU and GPU haven't exceeded 75C when gaming.

Excellent price for amazing specs runs at a nice temperature good cooling fans for sure and very easy to set up. Runs GTA amazingly and also fortnite.

It was an amazing product, I loved it and ran perfectly. I give it a four star because of the CPU cooling problem I ran into but I fixed it by upgrading to a better cooler.

I'm enjoying the device quite a bit right now. Love the colors, love the speed and I enjoy being able to see what I do in games.

Good PC and good price, came early as well, box was a little banged up but no damage.
