It was delivered and unpacked within a week or so and we found the door hinge was cracked... the door wouldn't stay attached to the main unit. We called Best Buy customer service and they said we could return it to any store, no problem, and they would send another. Well, we received the second one and noticed it was very wobbly. We looked underneath the unit and the entire metal encasing was bent, so that the fridge could not rest on it's four legs. Terribly manufacturing quality. Now we have two mini-fridges to somehow get back to Best Buy within 30 days with my small city car. I'm probably going to have to rent a truck just to return these TWO lemons!!!!

Delivery was very prompt. Store pick-up was fast and efficient, workers there were friendly and helpful. Refrigerator looks very nice in dorm room and holds just enough to be useful. I am thinking about buying a couple more for our ranch and home.

You know, the spongy stuff that seals the cold air inside. It turns out that Best Buy "can't" service this brand of fridge, so I have to ship it back...too bad the company takes so long to make that happen (3 weeks and counting).

Received the refrigerator and it never worked.

It was purchased on bestbuy.com, therefore, we had to take the unit back to a local Best Buy. They only allow a 15 day window for return. During this timeframe my business was real busy and did not have the chance to return in the 15 days.
