The geek squad did our data transfer and we are so glad we had them do it! We have a ton of business files etc we needed to make sure weren't lost. We aren't tech savvy so it was a good choice !

Geek squad transferred all of my data including documents, videos, pictures etc. and placed them in a folder where i could easily locate them when I took my new computer home.

Backed up to desktop. Geek Squad took care of it. Would be better if they could just mirror into the new computer but at least they could put it all into a file.

I had purchased a new gaming laptop because I play American Truck Simulator and I had Best Buy back up and transfer all my data from my old gaming laptop to my new one.

We purchased a new laptop from Best Buy and we had the Geek Squad take it for a day to install the latest antivirus software, reinstall Microsoft Office products purchased earlier in the year, and do a back-up of data in case there were any other issues. The service took a day which was expected (and given they were all working hard with back-to-back customers) and it has worked great since.

I INITIALLY USED GEEK SQUAD ONLINE, THEN COULD NOT GET ON COMPUTER AFTER. I HAD TOTAKE THE COMPUTER IN TO STORE AT SUNRISE. THEY ARE ALWAYS GREAT. IT TOOK A FEW DAYS ,BUT AL IS GREAT SO FAR.THANK YOU
