I love this Dell laptop I never owned a Dell before. It is fast and so easy to set up. The all metal outside I appreciate it will be much more durable than the plastic most have now. I forsee having this for a few years to come. The hard drive is a 1TB plenty of space. 6 g of ram great speed and multitasking ability. Yes I am a satisfied customer!

I love it. I am glad for the decision I made. Is a light laptop, love the lights on the keyboard that helps to see better when typing. Love how fast it is, how reliable. The only problem I didn'tnotice was that there is no CD/DVD player. Which is a bummer.

So I am still getting used to this laptop with the touch pad and Windows 8. I'm having some difficulties finding all the programs/sites that I use. Maybe too stuck in my old ways. On the whole, I do like Dell computers.

I am very pleased with this purchase. The system boots up and shuts down very quickly. The battery lasts a long time compared to other laptops I've had, both personal and work, and charges up quickly. the internal fan is very quiet, and I don't have to run an auxiliary fan because the system is relatively cool. I would buy this again, no hesitation at all.

like the computer.... it is a touch screen BUT I cannot find a screen protector of which I would really like to help protect against scratches...

Had to buy laptop on short notice, since my son cracked the screen on the old one. Found this one as an open box item had have not been disappointed. Wife really likes to use the touch screen

Forces you to learn the 8.1, I am still not convinced you need touch screen on laptop, but it is all good. Finish is awesome, Love the Metal

This laptop was easy to set up and runs without any problems. It's fast, the touch screen and trackpad work great. I got this when another brand had lots of touch screen and trackpad problems and had to be returned. It has been a very good choice- reliable, comfortable under my fingers. No complaints at all.

Very fast computer for everyday needs. Touch screen works well. Backlit keyboard is also a nice feature. Windows 8 isn't my favorite, but that doesn't have anything to do with the computer itself. I would buy another Dell again for sure!

The touch screen is very sensitive and takes some getting used to. The new computers don't come with a CD/DVD drive and this was a separate purchase since this computer was replacing a Windows 7 machine that was only a couple of years old (house fire, lost everything). The new line of computers don't even have a base version of Microsoft word for typing. Final recommendation: put aside a few extra hundred dollars to replace what used to come standard with a new computer that you now have to purchase separate if you want to be able to use your laptop exactly like you used to. New is not always better.

Very nice laptop, great functionality. Clear, crisp images. I probably could have used a tutorial on the touch screen as that was new to me. I would recommend.

good battery life and easy to set up and so far so good.

When it works, it is good. It freezes for no reason. When you use explorer internet to go to a web site and leave it for awhile, the screen goes dark and you have to sign in again. You have to go to the site from the desk top. Example: Pandora. Very frustrating. Reach out to me again in 6 months for a more complete review. I like Dell. That's why I got another Dell computer

This was purchased for my daughter and all in all, she is happy with it. The only complaint I have heard is one about Microsoft Windows Version 8.

Love this computer! It was my first time using the windows 8 which I liked a lot better than any of the precious windows. The touch screen makes the apps easier to navigate. Overall it is a great computer

This is Absolutely, positively the best computer I have ever used! It is so quiet, so easy to use and the times I've used it without the charger, the battery life was good for nearly two days! I Love the backlit keys and the touchscreen features the most!

My wife and I purchases the computer for our kids to do school work. The computer is fast, durable and has a long battey life. Well with the cost

Bought for my son for college and he says he really likes it. Loves the touch screen. No disc drive is a little inconvenient.
