Great for kids homework

It’s touch screen has made learning so much more fun and now their grades have gone up! It’s a great color for small boys. It’s just the right size for them. And it can be a regular laptop , if mom and dad want to use it.

Not bad for a small laptop

Not much storage and isn't as fast as a traditional laptop as you would expect. My wife uses hers to remote into work when she needs to.

Horrible Product

I saved one photo for a class and 3 written assignments and it told me my memory was full. Extremely slow. Bought for school and can’t even use it because every time I try to upload an assignment the entire computer shuts down. Have had nothing but issues since day one.

We're very sorry to hear about the storage issues that you are facing with your new laptop. We'd recommend looking into cloud storage for some of your files and possibly setting up a Microsoft One Drive account to save files to.
You may also want to look into removing unwanted software on your computer. Uninstalling or removing software or applications that you do not use or do not need from your PC can help speed up your PC. Applications may include background processes, system services, context menu entries and other things that can slow down your PC.
Uninstall applications you no longer need using Programs and Features (previously called Add/Remove Programs). Unnecessary applications occupy space on your hard disk drive.
1. Press the Windows logo key + R on the keyboard.
2. In the Run dialog box, type appwiz.cpl and press the Enter key.
3. In the list, select a program and click Uninstall.

NOT ENOUGH DISK SPACE

When I tried to wipe our personal files from the computer using disk recovery, I got a message saying that there was not enough disk space. Not enough disk space to do a system recovery is problematic!!

We're sorry to hear that you are having storage issues with your new Dell computer. We'd recommend you sign up for Microsoft's One Drive so you are able to store some of your files in the cloud. We'd also recommend that you look through your programs to make sure that you plan to use all of them. If you'd like to remove any unwanted programs you can follow these steps:
