This would be a great replacement computer for the money if it was available with windows 7 as an option

I really did not want to deal with Windows 8 but it's not that bad. I love how sleek and compact this PC is. My only complaint is that it seem a bit slow.

Got this computer for my dad for his birthday. Set-up was easy. He's learning Windows 8 after 10+ years on XP. Computer itself seems to be operating fine.

THis computer replaced my 2003 Dell machine with XP and it is great. I added more RAM before it was even turned on and this thing is fast. The keyboard I admit I hate but a PS2 to USB adapter allows me to use my old Gateway keyboard so all is good.

I like this little desktop. It doesn't take up much room on my desk. Just plug and go.

I purchased this computer for my elderly mother. She is very happy with it's speed and she finds it easy to use. She also likes the wireless keyboard and mouse that came with the computer.

I use this computer for web browsing, online banking, word processing. With Windows 8.1 and the intel chip it performs great and works well with my server over my network. I was hoping there was room to add a video card to use 2 or 3 monitors but with the computer being so small the motherboard does not any open slots. However the computer has a VGA and HDMI output so I was able to order an HDMI to VGA adapter and now I have a dual monitor setup!

I am still trying to get used to windows 8 and a few of my favorite sites weren't compatible with it yet but they are finally working now.

Like the computer, not so much the Windows 8. But that is not Dell's fault. Tough to rate the reliability factor at this time, lets see how it fares after a year of daily use.

This has been very satisfactory so far. Directions for setup could better. Had to watch a YouTube video by some young kid to figure out a couple of things. Wish they did a printed manual. The computer itself is great.

bought this for my 95 year old father and he is thrilled to have a fast processing computer with good memory - Randall of the Geek Squad was absolutely wonderful and instructive and Dad is very happy with this new computer

as soon as I got it exactly a month ago , my grandson set up this computer in no time. he did not even read the owner's manual. I personally love it. I use it for email, sports and news and miscellaneous stuff.

Bought this Dell to replace old Dell that had Windows XP. Took some getting used to Windows 8.1, but it works okay. Just wish Microsoft would support all their products.

This machine may be small in size but it's big in performance. I love it.

The tower was a replacement for an older computer we had and was easy to set up and has worked very well so far we use it for school work for our kids and to surf the web. It was a great buy for the price.

Very good buy for the money, small & compact, takes up very little space on lower shelf of my desk. I like Windows 8, no real bugs, allows my to emulate XP
