Laptop is amazing. But Windows 8 & touchscreen is a nightmare. Used to be on computer all the time. Now it is dreaded.

I used it for my online classes with video streaming and just regular internet surfing. It looked like a great buy but unfortunately it was slow and freezing when I used it I had to return it and buy something else completely different that has worked for me perfectly fine. Overall, I think it's an average computer.

Everything is amazing, I love this computer is so fast and the screen is big and clear. The only thing I would suggest changing, but is not a big deal, is the keyboard. I use a wireless keyboard so it's not a big deal, but I still love this amazing computer.

My son loves it! A little hard for me to get use to the slide feature. I usually just attach my mouse.

Bought this for use as a school computer and for a bit of light gaming and it has worked great! There was a bit of a hassel getting it up and running and we've already had to do a full recovery and reinstall programs after the Windows 8.1 patch but that may just be a bug with the patch not the computer itself. All in all im pretty happy with it.

This computer is really great - I didn't think I'd like the touchscreen, but it functions well!

I wish there was a CD drive, they advertise the 1080 screen and have the HDMI output, however you can't play a Blu-Ray or any other disc media.

After owning this for 3 months I can say this laptop is ok. It's heavier than expected but it looks very nice with a modern look. However, there's a lot of programs preloaded which slows the start up. I have to delete these apps to speed up everything. I would prefer to have a laptop ready to go right out of the box. This laptop isn't it.

The computer ran great a bit disappointing that there was no CD slot. It was really bothersome to carry around because it was heavy. The computers because just horrible. It most definitely needs a sound upgrade really couldn't hear anything with muting all other sounds around you.

Slim design and light weight make it perfect solution for the mobile user. With the i5 processor the laptop is very fast and the touch screen is surprisingly accurate and responsive.

This is the second laptop I've bought over the last year. The other is a HP Envy. While both are good, I prefer the keyboard of the Dell.

Great laptop that is user friendly. With some modifications (unpinning from start), increased the speed. Very easy to move around from one program to another. Sleek look. Easy to download programs.

I bought this laptop primarily for school, but I use it for everything now. From downloading music to doing my homework online and turning it in. It is a great value for the price!

This is a great computer for the money. It is very fast and sleek looking. if you are not familiar with Windows 8, it can be a challenge to initially find your way around. Once you get the hang of it, I actually like Windows 8 better than previous versions. Overall, a great computer.

Overall love the system. Excellent battery life, usb 3.0 is great. Hdmi output is nice to have. Love the bluetooth as well. Best bang for my buck at the time in the store. Would recommend.

I was happy about the laptop options and specifically the one that we purchased. The main challenge is that it was out of stock. I purchased it in south FL and had to go to Orlando to pick it up, three hours away.

First experience with windows 8 have worked in business on a desktop for 35 years. Transition proved easier than expected and I find that I shift between apps and desktop routinely. Surface touch screen makes working with apps easy and mouse working on desktop easy.

I got this computer after my other computer crashed after 4 months. This one has been much better. The processor is fast and the graphics are good. The backlit keyboard is nice too.
