The problem is the scanner feeder! It is absolutely the worse I have ever used. Which means that the fax capibility is also limited because the papers jam every single time. Shame on you Epson. This is the second printer I have purchased in less than a year. Both of them with the same design problem. The first printer cost me 550.00 plus ink. in Nov 2022. And then I bought this one for 550.00 plus additional ink on Friday July 28 2023. And it is a nightmare as well. Save your money and your sanity!!

The ET-15000 is a great leap in functionality and quality. I applaud Epson for this printer. It is very versatile and easy to operate. I highly recommend it.

I just have one question why didn't epson just use a standard ink system across all their printers. It's a wasted system that they used and it would have cost them less. I have ink from another printer that couldn't be used. Got to throw out. Is this to make money

Flagship Fail

It promised high resolution prints, excellent functionality and lower operating cost due to its ink tank technology. In practice, it continually jams, to the point of jamming in a location that will take disassembly to remove the jammed paper. It constantly and at odd times loses the wireless network connection despite the readings saying "strong connection". All of this is after paying $750 to buy it and another $110 for Geek Squad visits. I wouldn't know about the economy of the ink since I can't sustain operation more than a few weeks.
