Love this printer. The ink wells are so easy to use. Print quality is very good. Easy to set up and use. It's so nice to be able to see how much ink is left.

OH MY GOD this is the GREATEST printer EVER made. We have printed out over 450 pages and still have so much ink left. Simply amazing!

Easy to use, a good quality printer that is perfect for the home or small office. It will be far cheaper for ink refills as well in the long run than a standard printer.

When I saw this on the T.V., I new I had to have one, they are so nice too have. The first one I had lasted over 4 years before it died, So I new I had to have another one. Just a smaller one this time

Easy to setup and use! Very simple instructions and only took 5-10 minutes to sync up our phones/laptops to it! Refilling and knowing when to refill is very visible and straightforward!

I was looking for a printer that was easy to use, and that did not need the the expensive ink cartridges. If you are looking for a printer that doesn't need ink cartridges then give this Epson printer a try. I was able to connect it to my WIFI and laptop quickly and easily.

Easy set-up. Good print quality. Ink cartridges seem to have long life. Easy to operate and update software via the mobile application. Recommend!

Easy to load ink. Took a couple tries to connect WiFi. The app made it easier to connect.

I was very impressed with this printer. Color is vibrant and I'm looking forward for it it to give me many prints without having to buy more ink.

Im stoked to never need a cartridge with a chip in it ever again. Ink tank is a no brainer for creatives and families.

Difficult to set up. Haven’t been able to scan to computer wirelessly so need to buy a dedicated cable (less than ten dollars). Easy to use once set up. Good print quality. Too soon to comment on ink use.

Excellent printer for more than printing. I have a shirt business and sublimation is my new thing. This one works well and didnt break the bank.

Love not having cartridges to replace, and then recycle. The “sleep” mode is awesome so I don’t have to climb the stairs and turn it on like my old one

This printer setup is absolute garbage. It will not print accurately. It continually has missing segments. The unit started jamming after a couple of months as well and now doesn't work at all. If you need good printing, go somewhere else, anywhere else. BestBuy will not stand behind the printer, and Epson makes you jump through many hoops to process warranty. I have been dealing with them for 2 years with no resolution. The make you clean the head, the jets, etc. Each time it burns up almost half a full tank of ink! The whole point is to save ink and money on a better solution. You will waste your ink all the time and be in the same situation as us. Don't buy this and don't purchase from Best Buy as they will no stand behind any of their products. They push you on the manufacturers who have no relationship with you and no reason to support you. Bad product, bad experience, don't do it...I have warned you.
