I am 83 years old. Other than a problem reading the small print, I was able to set up the printer with no help from the kids. Have been using it for three weeks with no problems.

We finally figured out how to connect the printer to our laptops and smart phones, but directions for doing so were really confusing. I spent several hours trying to download and install the printer drivers. The download that was to take care of all drivers at once did not do it completely so I finally resorted to downloading each driver individually. Connecting to our smart phones went much better. We haven't had time to use the printer a lot, but so far, it has been satisfactory. We were disappointed in that the associate at the Fargo store said we'd be notified of a special deal over Black Friday where we'd be able to get a rebate of 50% of our purchase price. (We bought the printer Nov. 18th.) We were to be notified by email to claim the rebate. Nothing came, so I called the store to ask about it. The people I talked to didn't have any idea what I was talking about. I really didn't know who to call next so feel stuck.

This printer/scanner is perfect for everyday use. The extra large black ink tank is great. The slide out paper tray is a nice edition.

The set up was easy And we had no problems following the instructions All of our devices are set up for printing. The ink system is satisfactory because you can see how much ink is available

I’m extremely happy with my new Epson - EcoTank ET-2980. I was so glad to part ways with my HP printer (don’t like HP products). Now I have a printer that actually prints when I need it to. So far Epson has been great!

Good value. Quality of printouts is excellent. The setup was more extensive than expected but the guide was very clear and detailed.

We easily filled up the ink tanks and have used the printer for several weeks. So far so good!

This is overall the best purchase I ever made absolutely love this printer I've already printed a lot of grand baby pictures so easy to use and true to life colors would recommend this printer very happy with purchase!:)

I’ve only had it for less than a month. It works very well. The only issue is that once a couple of days it becomes disconnected from the internet on its own and I have to turn off and turn it back on to get it back online.

The print quality is spot on. Just printed a picture of our granddaughter with portrait quality.

Works very well. Takes about 30 minutes to set up! Size of the printer is bigger than I expected. Print as much as you want! Ink seems to never run out!

Purchased this EcoTank for my adult daughter. This is a great printer. I still use an Epson 3670 series (7 years old), usually in the wireless mode for an iMac and MacPro (2017 edition). I always use 502 branded ink. It's easy to fill the tanks; lasts long as advertised, & much more cost effective than cartridges. I've had very few paper jams, which have been easy to clear. The usual stoppage is I haven't loaded the paper

I am enjoying the printer. It is working beautifully. I will be ready to do my taxes in 2026. I write book reviews for my women's club this printer makes it easy to get copies of reviews to members. We all enjoy the addition of color.

Simple enough for an 80+ lady like myself to use effectively, with excellent visual images.

Printer worked great was easy too connect to and print. Amazing pictures. I would recommend this printer,especially for the price.

The Epson printer is good. I think it is a little slow in printing, but that doesn't matter to me. The set up for the ink and wi-fi was a little cumbersome. Using the arrows on the front panel was a pain. Too many screens and wasn't easy to get the set up done with those arrows. I got it done without using the arrows and don't know how I did it. Lol

Prints fast, easy to fill the ink tanks, comes with a full set of ink bottles to start! Easy to setup too. Display window is pretty small. The app for setup is decent but did get hung up in the middle.
