I had an Epson tankless printer before and it was a real workhorse that was a faithful printer for years. When it finally bit the dust I did not have to think twice about getting another Epson tankless. My computer tech guy I have used for over 18 years also recommends this for a small home office. You won’t be disappointed if you get one.

love the quality of the printed page. Much better quality than out previous printer.

Easy to use ink refills, scans and copies really well. Had some minor issues when there were many documents in the printer queue. Tends to slow down. No problems with the print quality.

We needed a new printer/copier. I searched for a product that had a high rating for quality and value. I chose an Epson product that met all my concerns. It has a tank for ink instead of ink cartridges, which are very expensive over the life of a printer. The Best Buy rep. also let me know that I could bring my old printer in for a "trade in". I got a $50 discount on my new printer/copier.

Great printer - but if you know how to make the ADF work everytime without having to bounce it on the pull bar, I would like to know!

Love the eco tanks. Saved a lot of money by not purchasing ink cartridges. This is the 4th one that I have had in the last three years. They don't seem to last for long before showing error messages. As a Total Tech member, this is not a problem in that they are replaced without cost during the two year warranty period. Just a little inconvenient.

still have full ink and have already printed off 2000 sheets works with ease longevity no clue yet
