This scanner is the simplest and easiest to use unit I've ever had. Scanners can be very frustrating to connect and use but his one was a dream compared to others I've owned. Everything works as advertised.

It has been a year now that I have been using this scanner. It is fast, handles multiple sheets at once, handles sales receipts and more. Would recommend this scanner to everyone!

This has been a great addition to my tools for scanning documents and eliminating paper filing. I now know where everything is located - on my computer hard drive.

So glad I purchased this for my husband. Now that he’s been working from home more often, he needed a good quality scanner and this definitely gets the job done!!

Basically all you have to do is download the driver and start scanning. Tell it where or what file and easy as that. Very fast and it’s easy to add additional pages to anything you have already scanned.

Epson makes great scanners, and this is no exception. Durable and high-quality scans. Works well on old photos, too, despite being a document-focused scanner.

Quite the little work horse. Makes any scanning project a piece of cake. I have one at home and at 2 of our 3 offices. Thinking about purchasing another one for our 3rd office.

We have 11 of these in our offices right now and have been using them for about 2 years...purchasing them over the last two years. I think these are great!

very nice sheet fed scanner that can handle a little bit bigger than letter size media I use this to scan all of the receipts and other paper documents that we might need to keep around but dont need the actual original copies; I use an older program (PaperPort) to scan most of the documents but have scanned into other programs without issues this replaced an older Epson scanner that we just wore out - we also had great success with that the older unit which prompted to reinvest in Epson

Wasn''t looking for something this expensive but glad I made this purchase. Very easy to set up and use. Will never use a all in one again for scanning woohoo.

This scanner works with the ease and flexibility of scanners that cost much more! It handles all kinds of paper from thick to thin without jamming. I highly recommend this scanner.

This was an excellent purchase. The document scanner takes up very little space works very quickly and I like that it can scan two sides of the paper in one pass.

I researched for quite a while before settling on this unit. I've been very pleased thus far and especially amazed at the speed in which the scanning happens - even duplex mode.

Positive: Blue tooth connects well. Color of shell. Quality of scan capabilities are decent. Negative: Software is constantly popping up as a reminder that it's available. Very slow in all settings. Epson asks for you to pay for full features! It doesnt allow you to create page breaks in a batch of scanned documents...SMH!!!! I cannot delete multiple pages of scanned documents at one time, which makes me waste time going back to the documents.

Have used this scanner a lot to move our office from paper files to completely digital. Scanner has the ability to scan to any computers within the office which have the downloaded program. The scanner after only a few uses would no longer allow you to scan using the scan button on the scanner itself - you could only do it from the computer program. Also computer program will sometimes malfunction and slow down your computer - it can take several minutes to reset the program to continue your scanning. Overall decent scanner for medium workloads and small businesses/teams.

This replaced a previous Epson document scanner, which we had for 6 years. Thus far, this ES-500W Wireless model is performing as expected. No issues thus far.

Super fast. I was able to scan seven years’ worth of paperwork in a couple hours. Would never use a scanner on a printer again.

I am a mobile notary and have a need for speed when scanning. This machine performs very well and it is super fast. I highly recommend it!
