A NICE COMPACT MACHINE AND THE COLORS ARE REALLY VERY GOOD!. But. the paper sticks over and over again. It uses ink VERY quickly. The paper tray is flimsy and difficult to extract. The screen is too small for my fingers. Only had it about 4 weeks. The Brother that it replaced was 10 years old and far superior in quality nd options and regular use and maintenance. The print color was not as good as the Epson.

I was tired of buying cheap printers that lasted 6 months. I did some research and found this printer. Super easy setup to print from cell phone and my laptop. So far so good!

Easy to use. Wireless and prints nice. First time buying an Epson.

This printer was easy to set up and easy to use including changing ink. It is used in the bedroom and has a bright blue light that is on when the printer is on. I don't like it when sleeping. A nice option would be to have the light optional so I don't have to turn it off every night. The print is good and it is pretty quick.

This is my second Epson WorkForce Pro WF-3720... the first one died after the warranty had run out. We bought the same model to try and use the same ink we had already purchased. For some reason the old ink would not let us set the printer up. We had to install the starter ink to get things rolling. I found this awkward. Why would EPSON do this to their loyal customers. I think I will purchase a Brother brand next time... my parents have had NO issues with their Brother printer going on 5 years now. Overall, this printer has very good quality prints. We primarily use black and very rarely do we actually need a color printer, but it is there if needed. Reasonably fast. Just wish the first had lasted longer. Hopefully this one will be a better printer?

This printer works great for a home office. The ability to scan documents, print wirelessly, and have items double-sided is super convenient. The only flaw is that I wouldn't say it is very efficient with ink, but what printer is?

This is a very well built printer for the price. Easily downloaded the drivers for two laptops and two cell phones; no problems syncing up. I would definitely recommend!

After it took a while to set it up it works well now with no problems and the price was great

This Epson printer has been working flawlessly for me. I only use it in the wireless print mode and am able to print from cell phones, tablets ,laptops and desktop computers without any problems. I am still using the setup ink cartridges that came with the computer after printing over 25 photos and other documents. This is an excellent printer that is reasonably priced at Best Buy!

I just replaced my old Epson with this new one. I like it because it’s easy to set up and easy to use. I do a lot of business on my computer and I need a good printer.

It eats up ink pretty quickly, but I guess that's expected of a color inkjet printer..? The scanner is great. I use it almost daily. Very easy to use once connected to a computer. It's quiet and pretty quick.

The setup was quick and easy. It fits perfectly on my desk. The scanner works great and the print quality is excellent. I’m able to print from anywhere in my house via my home network.

Bought this product for my son who is going to grad school. Within minutes of getting it home, he had set it up and printing. Actually used it to print his thesis.

Have been an HP and Canon printer user all my life. Needing a new printer, I decided to look for a solid highly rated all-in-one. At one time Epson has been considered one of the best. Saw this one on sale and it seemed to fit my business needs at a good price. So far, I am impressed - clean copy, clean print and good scanning quality. My only challenge so far is getting to the main "control screen" where I control settings for scanning and saving documents. Ultimately, I accidently find it... perhaps just need a bit more learning to get there more efficiently, assuming there is one, and I trust with all the features it has. Again, so far so good!

I had to replace my previous printer because it went electronically brain-dead. Best Buy happened to have this printer on sale in in-stock locally. The features listed fit my anticipated use. Set up was easy and quick. This printer is for home use, so I really do not need the fax feature, as I do not have a land line and have not needed to fax a document for years. For home and casual use, the print output is good. In first using the document feeder, the pages crumpled and the feeder jammed. Several attempts with fresh paper produced the same results. Not a big deal for me. I can use the flatbed scanner for the few occasions I need to scan or copy. That said, I do not think I would consider this printer for office or more than casual use. Overall, a good, inexpensive printer for the casual home user.

This printer is awesome. I spent a very long time researching different ones because I can be kinda picky. This printer is simple to put together and set up, quiet when printing, and fast enough to exceed my needs. Printing things from my phone, laptop, and iPad has been seamless and extremely convenient. I highly recommend this printer.

I needed a new wireless printer. I had an old Epson Workforce printer and had been very satisfied with it so I decided to stay with Epson. The print quality on my new printer is great and I can also copy, fax and scan. A great value for the price.
