I have always had HP printers, with this being my first Epson, I must say I'm very impressed. This printer if very fast, easy to use and the colors/printing is very accurate. Would definitely recommend

The first printer sent to my Home was defective. I called Epson, And I had a new printer within three days. This one worked. It took 4 additional phone calls before I got a mailing label to send back the defective printer. The printer was very easy to set up. And the software for the most part seems intuitive. However, the printer has a nasty habit of refusing to print if the type of paper listed in printer preferences does not match the printer paper in the machine itself. And despite my best effort’s to re-educate the printer preferences this problem crops up over and over again. The scanner is just OK. It tends to blur letters. Overall it’s an OK printer. Since they all seem to last no more than about two years and then you have to throw them away and start over again, I would not spend more.

Many features for an all in one. Mechanically no issues. Easy to setup and nice quick printing with Bluetooth

Needed another printer and loved my WF-4630, but I let my roommates keep it when I moved. This is almost exactly the same but updated ui, 2 paper trays, and prints at lightning speed in duplex mode I was blown away!

So far so good.. Poor instructions of operations. Still no idea how to stop double sided printing from my MacBook Pro. Poor on Best Buy's part that they don't stock the 802XL cartridges for color... THEY DO HOWEVER stock the XL CARTRIDGE for black.

Simple to use with big easy to read menu screen. Fast, sharp color and black and white copies.

Scanning to my computer can be done via a memory drive (cumbersome) or FTP (confusing to set up), and cannot scan to formats other than PDF, such as jpeg. My stand-alone scanner easily connected to my PC, and can scan to jpeg and other formats. Better documentation could eliminate these concerns, but I do not know. Re next question: I do not make recommendations unless asked, but would be favorable in that circumstance .

I had no trouble connecting this printer. My other Epson inkjet was older and had more or less worn out after about 7 years of hard service. this printer has so many great features, such as 1 sided to 2 sided copying, 2 sided to 2 sided copying, 2 sided printing, etc., which are features I use frequently.

This All-in-One is faster than described. Easy setup. Tutorials on screen for each step. This was a very smooth exchange from old one. Had it finished in 30 minutes. You can't go wrong.

Easy install easy to operate and great price for the functions it has.

It prints great quality and relatively quickly. The only thing is the ink ran out quicker than expected but maybe that was just because it was the cartridges it came with. I wish it was available in white to match my home office better. The other downside is that it’s constantly popping up stuff on the computer to upgrade. I wish it would just do it in the background.

This is a workhorse of a printer. Great for personal or small office use. Prints quickly, quietly and in beautiful color or black.

The vast majority of the printers I have purchased in the past were HP branded. I decided to try something different this time. The Epson printer produces neat copies quickly and the price was reasonable. I also like the color screen that displays useful info such as ink levels, I would definitely recommend this printer.

i compared this Epson printer and HP printer in the same price range this Epson printer print better quality and easier to use. Epson customer service is more friendlier than HP.
