    Looks and price point are all the positive things I have to say about this unit. For the first 5 months it was flawless! We were hoping to get years out of this unit vs months. We are at month 8 and we are waiting for the 2nd board module and a replacement gasket to stop it from leaking. Customer service has been nice and repair company comes out timely, but you should not need them for these issue within the first year. I'm wish we had spent a bit more and gotten a different brand.

    Do NOT purchase this dishwasher. The touchpad is barely functional, and it broke down after 18 months (I purchased it from best buy in June 2019 and it is now December 2020). The machine now needs a whole new touchpad and sensor system to the tune of $260. If you do the math, it is over half the cost of the machine brand new. It was always just barely functional anyway, but the fact that it crapped out in less than 2 years really speaks volumes to the quality of the company’s products. I thought I was doing great buying American. We are poor and got totally robbed. FYI, we also bought the Frigidaire stove and the handle broke off after less than a year. Again, cheap and utterly useless appliances.

    Cannot handle any dishes over 11" tall !!

    Even with the top rack set as high it can go, the "spinner " under the top rack will hit any dishes on the bottom rack if they are taller than 11". So, 12'' pans or bigger... hand wash !! not good

    Terrible Product and Service from Electrolux

    Bought this dishwasher to match Frigidaire products throughout a newly remodeled kitchen. Within three months of operation, the pump began to leak grease and some amount of water. After a painful month of waiting for parts, Frigidaire replaced under warranty. Of course the replacement part went out as well causing another service call and replacement. The third time, I was informed I was out of warranty and I could pay $200 to have a new pump installed. 14 months after I bought it, I am scrapping it to buy a Non-Electrolux dishwasher. Stay away from this one, it is complete garbage.

    HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Best Buy and Frigidaire

    Purchase a Frigidaire (Electrolux) dishwasher December 15th 2016 from Best Buy. We have had a servicer out 4 times for the dishwasher because the top rack does not close properly and binds when pushed 1/2 way in. The rollers are shredding every time the rack is pushed in. I was told by service company that this is a manufacturer defect and that I should ask for a replacement because this model cannot be repaired. I have this in writing on the service invoice. I had servicer come out again and replace the parts that Frigidaire tech line suggested. Problem still existed immediately after service rep installed parts. Frigidaire (Electrolux) customer care rep told me that the unit is functioning properly when the servicer actually said that they replaced the parts and there is nothing more that they can do, unit needs replacement. Frigidaire (Electrolux) are refusing to stand by their warranty and replace the product because, as the customer service rep stated, "the door shuts and cleans the dishes". I am completely dumbfounded how this company can clearly not see that this is a defective product from the service reps comments and mine and still refuse to do anything - This is very unfair and horrible customer service for a brand new product that doesn't work as it should. I want this unit replaced with one that functions as it should. I spent thousands of dollars at Best Buy to redo my kitchen and this is the only appliance that I didn't buy an extended warranty for so they refuse to help in any way! BEST BUY IS DOING NOTHING TO HELP!!! BEWARE!!! What horrible business practice all the way around

    Easily the worst dishwasher I have ever owned. The only positive thing about it is that it looks halfway decent. We have tried numerous dishwasher liquids, pods, etc to see if we could find a combo that actually works. Nothing so far. Always have to run the longer cycles to even begin to get anything clean. The silverware holder had to be placed at the back of the washer to even remove the lightest soil. If I had a choice I would have gone with another Samsung.

To assist with cleaning, try using the Hi-Temp Wash option on the model. During the hi-temp wash option, the dishwasher heats water in the main wash to approximately 140F (60C) and increases the temperature higher in the final rinse. The increased water temperature helps the dishwasher detergent removes food grease and soil from dishes more effectively and aids in drying. Hopefully, this helps.       Thank you for taking the time to review your concerns regarding your dishwasher, Mitch. I certainly understand as you mentioned, your dishwasher does not clean your dishes. I certainly apologize for any inconvenience your dishes not cleaning properly may be causing you. I would recommend using a rinse aid if you are not using one already. I would also check that your water heater is set at 120°F (49°C) to get proper water temperature inside the dishwasher. Also check the incoming water temperature to be sure it is not less than 120°F (49°C) at the sink closest to the dishwasher. Hope this helps! -Jennifer Frigidaire

    Probably due to being dropped in the ware house (the replacement had been and was damaged beyond repair, so we had to schedule another exchange). Store staff was excellent but 3rd party delivery folks? Really poor. Late, no call. On first delivery rude to my husband regarding the time it took to lock the dogs away so they could install. No one likes to feel like they are doing the delivery person a favor by allowing him to deliver! Unprofessional. BB really needs to do in house delivery. It would make everyone's life easier. When we finally received our final new dishwasher Tracy Geek Squad installer Dale did the work and he was on time, polite, knowledgeable and friendly We couldn't have been happier FYI was a comparable Bosh model as we weren't happy with 2 of the same models being defective..

    4 months left on the warranty and it stopped working. After 8 months they finally send the product to the company they dispatched to do the repair. It wasnt the right part and then Frigidaire said that any future repairs I woudl have to pay for. Thanks Frigidaire for clearly recommending to never buy your products again. When it worked it worked well but doesn't matter if it can't last a year and they won't actually honor their warranty.

    This was a huge disappointment. I wish I had not worried about matching the appliances to all Frigidares'. Please spend the extra to get a better brand like the Germany dishwasher Boscth or Whirlpool. This is the pits. I replaced a fisher washer 30 years old that cleaned better than this. It does not have the power to scrub even at high setting. I set for dry heat and the inside is still moist after leaving it over night. I like my friends and would not recommend to anyone.

    TWO (DROWNED) TURKEYS IN A ROW

    I have always bought Frigidaire appliances, because they have offered a decent product for a reasonable price. All my appliances are Frigidaire Gallery, and they have all been fine until I bought this dishwasher. It looked good, matched the rest, did a nice job of cleaning the dishes, and then overflowed and flooded the kitchen. Every time. Several unsuccessful repair attempts later, it was replaced with another unit that did exactly the same thing. More wasted repair visits. Every cycle ends with water everywhere. If I catch it soon enough after a cycle ends, running the manual drain cycle -- twice -- will keep it from flooding. Until the next time. Since the countdown timer on the dishwasher bears no relationship to actual clock time, setting an alarm to catch it doesn't work, either. So, I can't run the dishwasher unless I can also be there when the cycle ends a couple of hours later. Eventually, I got fed up, bought a KitchenAid Architect II from Lowes (for about the same price), and asked for my money back on the Friigidaire. Since I didn't get the replacement through Best Buy, however, they sincerely regret being unable to provide a refund for a product that has never worked correctly and has done a real number on my (semi-new) maple cabinets. This was my first -- and last -- Best Buy appliance purchase. I don't think I will be making future appliance replacements with Frigidaire products, either.

    We purchased this dishwasher to replace another Frigidaire dishwasher (which had its own set of repairs), that died after only five years. After just three months, this model is having issues with not starting as well. Service techs have replaced two boards in the dishwasher and still weren't able to get the dishwasher running. Now we're waiting for a third part to be delivered with a service call 10 days from now. That'll be two weeks without a running dishwasher. Thanks, Frigidaire! Other Frigidaire appliances (fridge, microwave, stove) that we purchased only six years ago, as a set, are all having issues as well. Forget this brand; look elsewhere. It's not worth the savings because you'll be spending more money replacing this crap in the long run.

    I am so upset with this purchase. The dishwasher has only worked for 8 months and now nothing. The panel does not light up and the washer is dead. I wish I could go back and choose a different dishwasher. I don’t even know who to reach out to for service. Frigidaire, I sure hope you will read this review and help me!

    The repair guy has been here four times I had to buy an extended warranty because the control panal has to be replaced all the time and cost more than the dishwasher it self. Again I got to call them.its leaking all over the kitchen

    Disappointing

    We have had this dishwasher for three months. We are waiting on our third service call. The doors hinges have failed twice, and we are currently waiting on replacement parts. Our last service technician had to manually bend the door latch to allow the door to close and the machine to operate. The door gasket separated from the door and this would caused the machine to leak onto our wood floors had we not noticed it. Based on the availability of parts and time between service calls, this product has been inoperable 25% of the time we have owned it. The wash results quality is marginal, as we have to hand wash many items before placing them into the dishwasher, or they do not come out clean. All in all, it has been a very poor ownership experience for us.

    Extremely disappointed with the product and the customer service. After having this appliance for 1 month, the soap dispenser is not working and will not open. Even though I purchased the 3 year protection plan, I am being told a specialist will have to come out and determine whether or not they can approve a return? Already have been two weeks without a dishwasher. Total Lemon, would not recommend this product or service. The Geek Squad repairman could not fix it, but Best Buy will not exchange product.

    Awful Dishwasher!

    First off all, extremely difficult to install if you are doing it yourself. The second thing is it has the new buttons on the top that should be flush under your countertop. If you have an old house that is not flush, this won't look seamless. I was very disappointed on the seal around the inside, and the door appeared flimsy. I returned it and upgraded 100.00 to a Samsung, and am very happy now.

    I made the mistake of not seeing this in person before buying it. It is wobbly and cheaply made. The top rack is contantly stuck and the fan pops out all the time. The lower rack doesn't like to slide in and out as it should.
