The scanner works well. No jamming and no double feeding (swallowing two documents at once). However, I would like more user-friendly dialog boxes or management software. My unit came with Rack to filer which is ok.

Wow.. it does everything it says it can do. Simple set up process and you are off and scanning. Very fast and accurate!

Easy to set up and use. I had used this product at work and bought one for home. It is an excellent performer.

I have/had a Epson DS-510 and wanted a wireless scanning option. Although more expensive than Epson offerings, found the quality of scan, combined with ease of use via wifi the deciding factors. Specifically, if you want to do a longer than 14" scan, you can just hold down the scan button for 3 seconds and it'll take a longer document. Epson would require you make/choose a profile you have allowing for the special size. Also, compact design was clever. You open the top/feed cover to turn it on, and you may/may not choose to open the bottom cover, it can scan with it closed

We have many of these where I work. Also love the rack2file software.

The excellent website of BestBuy provided all the information I needed to decide that this scanner would be exactly what I needed in my law practice. I am very pleased with their service and with the product.

I have used all in one printers and used the included scanner and document scanner but this is the first one that doesn't jam . It handles different thicknesses and sizes without a problem

I purchased this product to scan old photos. I am not disappointed.

This was the best I could find in this price range. Perfect for home or small office.

Piece of garbage. Broke one year after use when the manufacture warranty expired. Called customer service they tried everything could not figure out what is wrong. Countless install uninstall of the drivers no use. It turns on but does not scan.

ok, I don't leave reviews much but I thought I should on this one. several years ago my husband and I bought a Neat Desk so I could get more organized with papers for both our company and personal, I fought that stupid scanner for about 2 yrs, then I told my husband I need something that would scan fast and several documents and or receipts all at once, so we bought a Brothers document scanner, it was ok, but bother the neat and the brothers scanner just to too long to develop the images. I remember when I worked in the medical field we had a Fujitsu scanner that was the bomb... My husband was not to thrilled about spending the money but I was not thrilled about having papers EVERYWHERE!!! So we did some or he did some research and I read some of the reviews on the model and I thought , that is what I need, fast processing, multiple documents all at once, then he spoke to one of our clients about what they used and low and behold... they used a fujitsu also... so we bought it, IT IS AWESOME, fast (even with it running via wifi) program is awesome( it gives you the option every time to how you want to store the current scan job) LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT. You can have as many sub folders as needed as far as I can see so far.
