I LIKE THE COLOR, THE DESIGN OF BUTTONS ON MICROWAVE, THE SIZE, AND IT FITS PERFECTLY ON MY APARTMENT COUNTER SPACE. THE RATINGS ON THIS MICROWAVE WERE HIGH. THE SALESPERSON AT BEST BUY WAS VERY HELPFUL IN SELECTING THIS MICROWAVE.

This was just right for us we had a bigger one and this leaves us more space and was a great bang for you buck. It works almost like the other ones we had.

I love the power it has which means a shorter cooking time, and the price I paid made it extremely exceptional.

This is a nice microwave for the price. It is not as large as my previous one, but I find it is just the right size and fits better on my countertop. It has very even heating and is faster than my old one, even though the wattage is a little lower. Seems very efficient!

terrific product for the money.I came into the store and was surprised to find a product that was the same size as my previous microwave but was less expensive. It works like a dream without needing a degree in electronics. I 'm glad Best Buy was there for me.

We purchased this microwave because our 11 year old Sharp stopped working and I had already repaired it 4 times during the life of the unit. This microwave was as close a replacement as possible. Cubic ft, power and available presets. I wasn't sure if I would like how it performs under automatic reheat and cooking of items like popcorn etc. But, I have come to like how it performs. It reheats and cooks by sensing steam or moisture from the item and then sets a time to finish cooking. It works very well!

Nice small footprint on the counter top. Reheats food very evenly. We do not use microwaves to cook food because conventional cooking almost always has better flavor and texture. The defrost feature (enter the pounds of food) works very well without over cooking the outer portions. The key pad took some getting used to. The oven is very quiet when operating. The reminder beeps when the time is up can be annoying,

The Best Buy near my house did not have the color I wanted in stock, so I ordered it through the website. I had requested having it delivered to the store; received an email the next day telling me it would be sent to the store then received another email telling me it could not be delivered to the store. I had to call the toll-free number to speak to someone to have it delivered to my house, without a delivery charge. I then found the same microwave online from another store for less money, so called the toll-free number again. I was pleased to hear that Best Buy would match the price without any hassles. It was not difficult being able to speak to a live person, which was a pleasant surprise.

My old microwave quit suddenly, and i needed a quick replacement. After checking 3 other stores, this model from Best Buy seemed to be the best deal for the money. I'm very happy with it so far. I gets a lot of use in our home.

This seemed to be the best option for me considering size, price and power. It was packaged nicely so I felt that it was well protected when shipped. Also, it was quick and easy to unpack, set-up and use right away. I feel that GE could have dampened the noise somewhat as my last microwave(also a GE) was considerably quieter. I cannot comment on longevity but thus far it has performed very well.

its a great value, cooks my food. It doesn't look fancy, but it gets the job done.

We had a Cuisinart before this and it was fine, but smaller. This unit has more power and better size. The presets actually work, e.g., 1 cup of soup is perfect, popcorn is popped and not burnt, etc. A microwave does not need to be a complex machine - this one has just the right options, the perfect size to reheat a large dish, and the pad's sensitivity is set well.

I bought this model a little over a year ago. The magnetron is now going out. But, because I love this model I have decided to give it another chance and hope the previous one's lack of durability was a fluke. It looks good. It heats evenly. And it has the key feature I want - the ability for the timer to function separately from the cooking count down. For example, I use the microwave timer to time the boiling of potatoes on the stove or something baking in the oven, but I can still heat veggies or whatever in the microwave. The microwave then gives me one set of beeps for then the timer goes off (such as after the potatoes have been boiling for 10 minutes or the meatloaf has been baking for 45 minutes) and then a 2nd set of beeps for when whatever is actually cooking in the microwave. Most microwaves used to have this capability. Now most do not. And this one does and it's an very important feature to me. Important enough to give it a 2nd chance, for sure.

I like all the one touch buttons to start different microwave functions. The quality doesn't appear to be there but we will see how long it lasts. The price is good for a powerful microwave that has lots of quick one touch buttons.

After having a really basic Kenmore microwave for 38 years, this is really amazing! We are flabbergasted by the way it reheats leftovers with just one button. My husband is amazed that it doesn't burn or overheat anything, but everything comes out just right. He claims it's AI and we should be keeping an eye on it. I just love that I don't have to add up minutes for multiple things, like 15 seconds for one bagel, 30 for 2, or 6 minutes for one potato, 12 minutes for two, 18 for three - and then have to put them in longer. This is just perfect. I only hope it lasts!

I have it for a month and no problems to report. Heats well and noise level is acceptable. Prices was just right.

My roommate and I purchased this for our apartment after our previous GE died a slow death after too many college moves. It could be bigger, but meets our needs since there are just two of us. The automatic popcorn button is especially accurate and helpful.
