Had a close sibling of this fridge already. The spacing and shelving is good in both the fridge and freezer compared to other models. The indicator to change the water filter can easily be reset so that even if the filter is not changed, the alert can be turned off. Learned that the hard way. A challenge to get a good tilt so that the doors swing shut automatically. Love the stainless steel. Looks high-quality.

I bought this sight unseen from Best Buy. It is a small unit so anybody over 6' tall or otherwise looking at it from above will see the top of the doors....obviously. What I did not know is this is also where the sheet metal seems of the door meet, and GE chose not to cover the seams with trim. This GE design decision leaves white door insulation visible between the seams. I thought it was a manufacturing error, but GE customer care could not give me a definitive answer #think talking to health insurance company#. GE’s only answer was to return it to Best Buy. An astetic problem at worse, but now you know to look at the top of the doors. GE uses the same design for process for larger units.
