We replaced our old cooktop with this but weren't sure if this one would be as good. It's even better. We love the push buttons for a smooth appearance and easier use. It cleans up nicely and doesn't show marks like our other cooktop did. Love it!

We were replacing an old unit and its above drawers on the kitchen cabinet, our old one was flat, so we didnt even consider this one not being flat underneath either, ITS NOT, so if you have drawers underneath make sure its going to fit. There is a box under the cooktop on the right hand side at the back it drops about 4 inches or so down about 3 inches in depth. We are having to cut the drawers so the unit will fit, seeing as it is a special order only we cant take it back. it works great though and is lovely to look at but i wish the specs had told us about the box, why its not a totally flat unit i have no idea.
