So far the oven works great. The only bad thing I want to mention is the smell from the oven when you first have to run the self clean to burn off the protective coating! We ran the self clean, as directed, to burn off the factory protective coating & the whole house had this horrible smell for hours! We had all the windows open & the sliding glass doors & fans blowing it out the windows, but it still was awful! I would still recommend this oven though, because after you get rid of the smell it works really well! A lot of great features for the money!

The range was a great value as it was a floor model, hundreds off usual price, watch for these kind of offers in early spring as new products come in, it's time to move last year's models out, and really, how different can a stove be from year to year, food will taste the same and not know the difference.

I read a few people thought this stove to a little longer to preheat. I have not run into that. It runs about the same time as my last stove. I like the glass top and the controls are easy to use and read. It's a nice stove for the everyday cook, I am not a gourmet just like healthy home cookd food

Having to change from gas to electric, I was a little apprehensive, but am happy so far. The oven may be a little fast, but that is okay as long as I adjust. The stove top seems very accurate, and I am happy with its performance. Price was a big issue and this fit the bill.

This is by far the best range I have ever bought, and I've bought several. It is nice looking, easy to clean and it has a huge oven window. I especially like that the heating elements are hidin in the oven. The black ceramic stove top is much better looking than the white one we had before this one. All in all it is a great deal for the price.

Switched over to electric after years using gas. Heats faster and boils water harder than my gas stove did. Am very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone

Great stove for the money, and has everything you need

This Range is an excellent value for the price, especially with free delivery and disposal of the old Range. Delivery was within the specified time frame and the two delivery men were, neat, courteous, and professional. They had the New Range installed and the old one out in less than 30 minutes. This unit has all the features of the more expensive units at a reasonable price. Cooktop: This is our first glass top range and after having it only a short time, I have to say it’s definitely better than the coil models. Any food that leaves the pan doesn’t fall into the burner to smolder while you’re cooking. Spills are easy to clean while still cooking with just a paper towel. Elements heat fast and evenly, burners are well placed to accommodate a variety of pan sizes. Love the variable size settings on the large burner. Took a little bit to get used to the cleaning but it turns into a habit. Oven: For some reason the oven seems much larger than my old one of the same size. Preheat time is normal for its size, and the audible beep is helpful when it reaches temperature. Very happy with the multiple rack locations (6) as it makes cooking multiple dishes easy, especially around the Holidays when you’re trying to keep a lot of dishes warm. The Auto On/Off features are wonderful with a bit of a learning curve, I actually wrote a short document so we didn’t have to keep flipping through the manual. After using the features 2 or 3 times we threw it out. Haven’t used the Self-clean option yet so I won’t comment on it. Oven window is large enough to see everything cooking and the light does it’s job. Controls: Burner control knobs are easy to read and have a solid, well-built feel to them. Oven and timer controls are well placed and after using them for a while they become second nature. All the soft-keys have a click feel to them so you know when they’re being pressed. I would definitely recommend this Range to friends and family as well as purchasing it from BestBuy. Absolutely no complaints with the entire purchasing experience.

We have only had this stove for a few weeks. No problems to report. It has all the basic features anyone would expect for an average stove model. Really like that the bottom element is not exposed- allows easy cleaning. Does take longer than average to preheat. Stainless looks great. Cooktop works fine. Again, decent value for price paid.

Replaced a good 25 year old range as wife tired of cleaning up my burner mess. All of my concerns in her wanting a glass top were erased within a day usage of this range. This is a great range which heats up fast and its so easy to clean that I am cleaning up my own messes. The only thing my wife is still not use to is the length of time it takes the oven to preheat. She says it just a matter of getting use too and wished she had purchased a glasstop range when they first came out.

Does a nice job as advertised. Particularly like the one expandable cooking surface. We have a large frying pan and heats the thing evenly and entirely. Keep the "top" clean, tends to NOT look good if you don't keep on top of it! Good value for a good product.

THE ABILITY TO CHANGE THE LARGE EYE SIZE FOR MEDIUM TO LARGE IS PERFECT. THE SELF CLEANING OVEN FOR THE LOW PRICE IS VERY NICE ALSO. MY MOM LOVES IT.

This is our second flat-top range so we are used to the usual nuances of flat tops. What we notice particularly about this model is that the front right burner does what they said it would do: it heats up much faster than the big burner on the old stove. Spaghetti water boils noticeably faster. When I scramble eggs on the big burner, I have to set the control on 6 (instead of 8 on the old stove) -- otherwise the first egg is cooking before I get the next eggs into the pan. The high-low broil option is new to us. High broil cooks much faster than "broil" our old stove, which apparently was equivalent to low broil on the new stove. A nice feature but we suggest checking the instructions before broiling for the first time. The "melt" setting on the left rear burner does a very nice job of melting butter for recipes. If this will be your first flat-top range, a nice benefit over a coil-top is that you get a very useable work counter for when you are not using the burners or when you are not using all of the burners. Much nicer than a coil-top.

I just started using this stove. Everything seems to be excellent so far. The temperature controls are good. Oven seems to heat evenly. I cooked a mushroom bisque & it turned out very well. Will let you know more after Thanksgiving.

I think that the range is excellent. I replaced an older electric that had the coils. This one is definitely better. It heats well & I love the option to change the size on the large burner. As usually there are only 2 of us, I am using smaller pots & skillets, but have the option for the larger when we have family dinners. I had read the other reviews & some talked about the fact that the oven takes a long time to preheat. I will tell you it takes about the same time as my other oven did....so for me, no problem there. I am excited to try out the delayed bake.

Nice looking basic range, great for the price. My wife does all of the cooking, and she seems happy with the range. We both like the color, and she likes the performance. She prefers electric to gas range, so we bought this and used it to replace a perfectly good gas range. She likes the burner options.
