Hardware Installation (In Store): The agents installed memory and hard drive into my computer. Awesome work!

I had Geek Squad put a 2 TB SSD into my new computer that came with a 256 MB SSD. They did an excellent job and the computer works fine afterward. They were friendly and helped me get the job done.

The agent researched my battery needs for my laptop and where I could purchase it from. After receiving the battery, the agent replaced it, and my computer is in tiptop running order.

Geek Squad comes through again. They fixed an earlier model laptop and now it works like a champ!! They are super...Thanks Geekers!!

The Squad installed a new hard drive and reprogrammed Windows on my computer. He also recommended a plug that I was not aware of needing, which saved me a trip back and avoiding some frustrations that would have happened had he not explained the situation! Very helpful!

The Hardware installation for my Dell 2720 was successful and done on time.

Dropped my laptop off for a repair, and 3 hours later I received notification it was ready for pick-up. I was expecting a 2 or three day wait.

I had an appointment with the Geek Squad to install a new graphics card in my computer and the guy that did the install was smart and helpful!

Stopped in to Best buy, they were very knowledgeable. As they recommended,,I ordered my needed parts online then brought my laptop back to them at best buy. My laptop was fixed in an hour and it's running like new!!

I had my hard drive swapped in my laptop. I purchased a new hard drive from Amazon and brought it to Best Buy to be installed. Best Buy Geek Squad removed the old, damaged drive and replaced it with the new drive. They were affordable, timely, and the "Geek" I worked with was very friendly and answered all of my questions. I would definitely use them again.

I was able to get my RAM installed on my laptop quickly, they did a great job, friendly and efficient with other customers as well.

I recommend that in installing any upgrades to your P/C that can actually be done by you is to let the Pros do it . It paid off because once the upgrade was done it did not work! The P/C was switched to another new one and upgrade was installed . Works great worth the money

The graphics board was fried. Dennis was able to verify it was just the nVidia card, replaced it & downloaded all of the drivers & software I needed & I was out of the store in just a little over an hour.

I am so satisfied with the work of the Head technician at the West Covina Ca store, He was fast and very friendly I am so happy with the work He did on my Desktop.

I received great service and a knowledgeable and patient associate at this store location. My Power plug was horrible, this installation made the PC better than before and they even cleaned my fans! Never will I doubt them again and I will always consider them first!

Wonderful service and support. I came in with an insurmountable (for me) issue and Malik (spelling?) was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. About 30 minutes after walking in to the store, I left with my iPad working well.
