Dropped my laptop off for a repair, and 3 hours later I received notification it was ready for pick-up. I was expecting a 2 or three day wait.

I had an appointment with the Geek Squad to install a new graphics card in my computer and the guy that did the install was smart and helpful!

Excellent work done by the GEEK SQUAD and I was very impressed with the blow-by-blow details and explanations. It was even better that they took care of my problem as a walk-in. They didn’t have to do that. Great guys that I worked with. I wish I remembered their names. 5 out 5 stars. I felt ingo good value becausen I wanted a professional who knew how to install RAM memory. I could have maybe done it myself and saved the money but for $40 I had the peace of mind it would get done properly.

The graphics board was fried. Dennis was able to verify it was just the nVidia card, replaced it & downloaded all of the drivers & software I needed & I was out of the store in just a little over an hour.

I received great service and a knowledgeable and patient associate at this store location. My Power plug was horrible, this installation made the PC better than before and they even cleaned my fans! Never will I doubt them again and I will always consider them first!

Added memory to my new laptop purchased at BestBuy Service & technical questions were answered prior to my purchase. My laptop service was completed as promised and I've had no problems with it. Wonderful service and support. I came in with an insurmountable (for me) issue and Malik (spelling?) was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. About 30 minutes after walking in to the store, I left with my iPad working well.

The geek squad agent help me check in my device and gave me an approximate time that it would be ready. I told them that I needed expedited service and they delivered. Within about 1.5 hours I received a call stating that my device was ready. Awesome service.

The qeek squad was able to quickly transfer my files off my laptop that was overheating and not turning on long enough for me to transfer to my new computer. The charge was well worth the stress free and extra time saving of knowing it was done by professionals

The agent transferred the materials from my back up drive to the new computer in 10 minutes. Also merged it with the materials from my job that I need on an every day basis., He made the whole process as easy as possible.

Super Kudos for installing my internal PCI Express SSD in my Samsung laptop in about 30 mins! I was really impressed with the professionalism and technical competence of the Geek Squad. I am so glad that they are economical and readily available to every consumer.

I purchased a laptop screen for my nephew's computer which had been smashed. I then brought it to the Geek Squad for the repair. They provided a fair price for the repair and left it with them to install it. In a matter of 3-4 days it was fixed and has been working great ever since.
