Had to have Windows 11 reinstalled on my system, to it in to Best Buy in Saratoga Springs. System was reinstalled as i waited, i was in and out of the store within an hour. Great timely service.

Zach was super kind and very knowledgeable about what he was doing. He had let me know his shift was ending soon so he installed the hardware right away before he was done for the day so I was able to take my computer home with me that day instead of having to go back for it at a later date which I appreciated immensely.

Had my laptop up and running again in no time. I played for days and gave up.

Hello, I hope this review makes it back to the employees that helped me. James at the Geek Squad helped swap an SSD for an HDD and walked me through the entire process right there at the counter. He was very knowledgeable of the products in my computer and very open to me asking questions about almost every piece and part that he took out and put back in. I will absolutely be back anytime I have hardware I want installed. Thank you for the hard work James!

Matt tried several approaches to fix my Acer desktop that would randomly shut down. Finally, he replaced the power supply, and this old workhorse runs like new!

I had memory put in to a laptop. The agents were very knowledgeable and quick. Heading out of there in 30 minutes even on a system they have an opened up yet and was trying to tell me how cool it looked.

The quickest scheduled appointment was several days out. So, I stopped in and they took care of replacing some RAM within half an hour. The only tiny complaint is that they forgot to put one of the screws back. They replaced it with a similar one within ten minutes when I went back.

Disconnected the original RAM, added the two sticks I brought in and it worked great. They gave me advice on 2 sticks for dual channel and not 3 total as well

I could have done this upgrade myself, but the amount of time it would have taken to do it was not worth the 39.99 that the Geek squad charged to swap out the SSD drive in my HP Envy laptop. The laptop has to be pried apart to replace the SSD. Not worth the time. Just use a pro to do it.

Great service was attended quickly and efficiently was easy to understand what was going to be done thanks to the associates of the store would recommend though they only repair products that were bought with them

My son’s computer started acting strange, so we took it into Geek Squad. It did take awhile to figure out exactly what the issue was, but thankfully they were able to figure it out and fix the problem. I was worried that we’d have to go directly to the manufacture. Glad that didn’t happen! Computer works great now!

Trevor was helpful from first contact. He fixed one of the problems immediately and he knew what he needed to order to fix the speed. When I came back in I waited while her finished and immediately when he started up the computer I knew everything was much better.
