I was lucky enough to show up unannounced to pick up a memory ship. I asked for an installation as a walk-in, and had it done in less than 10 minutes highly recommended.

I had memory put in to a laptop. The agents were very knowledgeable and quick. Heading out of there in 30 minutes even on a system they have an opened up yet and was trying to tell me how cool it looked.

Matt tried several approaches to fix my Acer desktop that would randomly shut down. Finally, he replaced the power supply, and this old workhorse runs like new!

Geek squad was cost conscious for the consumers putting consumer first. Offered the replacement component for sale and showed how to self install based on prliminary review of my computer problem and also gave a cost to install component. Choice was up to me as to buy component and hope for the best as to a fix or leave the computer for further testing and repair. Component was installed and corrected the problem no extra cost incurred over the initial turnkey estimate to install by Geek squad who also ran a check to be sure computer was OK

Disconnected the original RAM, added the two sticks I brought in and it worked great. They gave me advice on 2 sticks for dual channel and not 3 total as well

I visited the in store to replace the RAM for my laptop and the experience Is awesome. They got my laptop cleaned after the installation and verified it thoroughly to my satisfaction

He was very knowledgeable of the products in my computer and very open to me asking questions about almost every piece and part that he took out and put back in. The agents troubleshooted and fixed my PC with ease. If I ever have a problem with my computer, my first thought will be to head to Best Buy.

The quickest scheduled appointment was several days out. So, I stopped in and they took care of replacing some RAM within half an hour. The only tiny complaint is that they forgot to put one of the screws back. They replaced it with a similar one within ten minutes when I went back.
