Expensive but they fixed a longstanding problem I was not comfortable fixing myself. Good team.

The Geek Squad did a great job of replacing my 5400 rpm 1 TB laptop drive with a 1 TB solid state drive. It improved my computer speed 100% or more. Very fast now. Took 3 days and they transferred over my data as well.

The support I receive from the agents at Geek Squad is top notch! Wow! They installed a new hard drive on my old Mac and it has a whole new life. I thought I had lost my data but they saved everything. Kudos to Shishir. I also purchased a new Mac they are helping me every step of the way. They are so friendly and knowledgeable. Had to have Windows 11 reinstalled on my system, to it in to Best Buy in Saratoga Springs. System was reinstalled as i waited, i was in and out of the store within an hour. Great timely service.

The agents installed a new gpu and a new cpu and my pc been running smoothly ever since . My stream goes perfectly etc.

Thank you Geek Squad. Our battery would no longer charge in our HP laptop that was just over two years old. When I took the laptop in the sales associate told me their was a HP battery recall and I should check with HP to see if this was one of the batteries. If not he told me I would want to get a HP genuine battery otherwise it may not hold a charge. I called HP it was not covered. Looked around for an HP genuine battery since HP does not sell them. We found one on-line and took it to Best Buy for installation. Thank you Best Buy for a great job. It works great.

The agent at the Help Desk installed a new battery in my Laptop. He was excellent.

I dropped off my laptop, the ram, and the SSD I wanted geek squad to install, and I was able to pick it up the next day. No issue, quick service, and it works just as expected. Just be aware if you want them to install Windows and everything, that's an extra charge, but if you're like me and you can do that yourself, you just have to pay the hardware installation fee.

Geek Squad comes through again. They fixed an earlier model laptop and now it works like a champ!! They are super...Thanks Geekers!!

Great customer service had no with the hardware install

I scheduled an appointment to have a M.2 drive installed in my newly purchased gaming laptop because as you know they make it virtually impossible to get the bottom panels off the dang things without specialized tools anymore. I walked in to the store at 2:45 my appointment wasn't until 3:00 the rep took my laptop and the drive and 20 minutes later I was on my way with my new drive up and running. They were quick and efficient and saved me time and aggrevation which made me very happy. Thank you Geek Squad.
