Home delivery were very professional. I gave 4 stars bc the timing was off by an hour. However, the driver was bery accommodating and polite. They refused to leave the tv without an adult present. My husband loves his new tv!

WE LOVE OUR SAMSUNG TELEVISION. WE HAVE RECOMMENDED THIS BRAND TO SEVERAL OF OUR FRIENDS AND TWO OF THEM HAVE MADE A PURCHASE. SUPER HAPPY CUSTOMER. I WISH I COULD BUY ANOTHER ONE BUT NO ROOM.

The delivery service was very fast and very efficient. The team was very helpful helping my wife make sure that the product was not damaged nor defective before leaving they did not have to, and they went ahead and did it anyways because of experience we had beforehand. I would recommend this team once again because they were a wonderful crew to have in my home setting up this new addition to the family.

Installation was professional and the team was very knowledgable. The TV itself is awesome. No complaints.

Delivery guys arrived right on time on the early side of the scheduled time .. brought the TV in to my front porch where it was easier to unbox. Courteous and professional .. saved me from having to borrow a truck to pick up at store

Had an issue with the 3rd party delivery company on my original delivery date. I live in an apartment 2nd floor parking can be a pain but when they came we were telling them to park in a certain spot and the guy was saying the trees are too low when the very next day someone else had a delivery and the truck was just as big if not bigger and parked exactly where I wanted that guy to park. I mean the truck had graffiti on the back of it so I'm not sure why he was too worried about the top of it hitting a few branches. So because he didn't want to park there I didn't get my fridge that day it was literally right in front of us and they didn't do it. Needless to say I had to reschedule a couple days later and had to use an ice chest till then since I barely moved in to my new apartment. The next delivery date was successful and I believe the guys where two different men this time and completed the delivery and where friendly and fast. The fridge and freezer got cold pretty quick and having it for about a week it's been working great! The only 2 things I don't like are the racks because the spaces are a little too wide that it's hard for items to stand. Im getting something solid to put ontop. Also the freezer is a little small but it's doable for my lil family of 4. Other than that we love it.

The stove was delivered earlier than stated which made me very happy!!! Personnel were professional n very careful with the stove. I live in an apt which made it interesting but mission accomplished!!!

WORKED WITHOUT A HITCH DELIVER WASHMACHINE, highly recommend

The delivery was extremely smooth and on time! The workers were helpful and extremely nice. I had in home delivery, they put the tv exactly where I asked and were very quick!

The delivery was on time, with nothing broken and the delivery team was nice but they refused to do the install as scheduled. *Note install (up to $339) was part of the sales promotion AND I'm a BB Total member which include free TV installation. They claimed the Vesa-600 mounting bracket wouldnt work on this Vesa-600 TV. The bracked wasnt on Best Buy's (internal and not able to be provided to customers) approved list. I confirmed with the manufacturer that the bracket would work and installed it myself, which had its own challenges as I'm a 100% disabled Veteran. I did call BB who said the installers would return to mount it buy I'd then have to pay for install since it would be a second trip!

These guys were the A team! They showed up right on time, fixed all the problems the previous install team caused, including replacing the dryer the other guys damaged and took extra time to position and level both machines to perfection. They were courteous, professional and efficient working in my tiny laundry room without complaints like the other guys. Great job A team! These guys are the best! And I love the new machines!

My husband and I are both in our late sixties and neither of us are very tech savvy. Because of covid, we asked the delivery guys to just leave the box outside and my husband and I carried it in. We also set it up by ourselves. My husband knows less about electronics than I do so it was my responsibility to plug everything in and get it up and running. Judging from previous experiences, I figured it would probably take a couple of days. This is truly an intuitive and smart TV! I had it all set up in less than an hour! I was very pleasantly surprised! It has a really cool solar-powered remote. However, it is very different than other remotes I've had in the past. I had to use my phone to figure out how to work the remote, but now that I understand it, it's great! The picture is excellent! The sound from the TV speakers is surprisingly good for a flat screen TV. We do have a Bose speaker that I hooked up. Another pleasant surprise was how easily this television paired with our other devices. Like the Bose speaker, my cell phone and our Blu-ray DVD player. This is like a Smart TV for Dummies! We hesitated to buy a television online without seeing it in person, but because of covid, we decided to take the chance. Not an issue. We are very satisfied with our purchase! Plus we were also eligible for 24 months financing, same as cash. That really helps a lot when you're living on a fixed income! I would recommend this model without reservations.

The Sony Bravia 8 II is a real game changer. Watching movies now feels like I am in an immersive experience. Would highly recommend this TV. The features are unparalleled and you can format your tv to the movie you want to watch if it comes in 4KUHD, Dolby Vision, etc. Worth every penny.
