Got an open box product. It’s fast n price was reasonable

This was a replacement for a very slow older laptop. My wife had had a good experience with HP, and this one was offered at a good price, an "open box--excellent" one. It performs as advertised, and appeared basically new in condition. The setup was pretty quick and straightforward. So far I am happy with this purchase.

Great deal, latest configuration with i5-11th gen and windows 11 upgrade is available (I upgraded and it works good). Windows S mode can be disabled in Microsoft store and you can install any softwares same as any other windows laptop. Wifi and Bluetooth connection speeds look good for the configuration. No backlit keypad and no touch screen.

Very nice and sleek design. No issues to note. Set up was quick and easy. Using for college purposes. Computer boots up quickly and is plenty fast. Make sure to grab an extra hard drive if you plan on storing more than just photos and word documents on it though

The laptop worked well but didn't have an ethernet port. Additionally, the Bluetooth was 4.2, an older version and I use many Bluetooth devices. While Ethernet isn't a necessity for most, I occasionally like to hardwire for extra seed, stability or security. For most people, this would be an ideal, value level, laptop.

Great buy for the money. No problems setting it up. ( I never allow a Microsoft user account to become imbedded on a personal PC- just skip that and set up local accounts) This PC works great!

Good sturdy simple use, never have a problem with speak or ease of use. Do wish I had gotten the blk & wht keyboard, silver looks nice but lots of time hard to read, especially at night with light shining on it...but not a huge problem, just annoying sometimes!

I bought this laptop to use whenever I travel because it was lightweight and quick. It has been a great computer and I have traveled with it many times. I did change out the 125 gig solid state drive for a bigger one but that was easy too.

This computer is fast enough, but probably more con's than pro's at this point. The silver keyboard is very hard to see in dim lighting. Power button is in a bad spot (on the side) and when you lift the laptop it gets shut off often. The function keys can not be reconfigured to work like computer's I've had in the past. To save your work you have to hold down the fn and hit the F9. Uses two hands instead of one. I just hope my next computer doesn't have to be purchased in a hurry. I want to wait until they have fixed at least a few of these things. Don't they test use them before they begin mass production?

If you are looking for a general use laptop for running your office suite, browsing the web, playing card games and such then this laptop should work for you without any issues. The only real downside to this laptop is the small SSD. If you want to install software from a USB CD/DVD-RW or online other than the Microsoft store you will have to disable Windows S mode. Other than that it is a great general use laptop for basic work and boots up fast.

8gb ram is not enough these days, overall it's decent

I love this new laptop. I do miss the touch screen that I had on my old one but this is a very easy one to work with. The service I received was courteous and very helpful and the transfer of my info from my old laptop to my new one was done quickly and effeciently.

So i git this on sale and I was happy to get a $580 laptop for the price I paid. I do have to say I didn't do my research and didn't know about Windows-S. I was going to leave it on but then disabled it after realizing I would not be able to access certain "apps".

Works fast. I had an old laptop that I purchased used to get started with college. It was slow. My grandpa (thanks) helped by get this one. I researched and went to Best buy and glad i did.

This has been an easy transition from my 10 year old laptop with the help you f the salesperson resin and the geek squad. Everything migrated well. This is just what I needed for increased speed and versatility in performance.
