We've only had this one a short time. So far it is working as expected. The only negative is the size of the numbers on the screen if you are faxing. They are really small.

This machine's construction is very poor and its utility is not as good as the HP 1536mfp it was intended to replace. I'm keeping the 1536, which still works well.

This purchase was to provide scanning on both sides or document. Based on prior purchases i believed this HP would be the same quality. Ease of connecting solid grade of A. Speed of print A grade. Directions to scan and or print on both sides D- grade. Jam paper A grade . Directions support D. Steve J would have not like the teeth grinding of gears as the printer refused to take in items to scan
I researched this peoduct and the results showed a solid product of HP. The store honored the sale price which was extremely nice.. Now i get to pick up a rather large printer and take it in for repairs

I like HP as a Brand but i was disappointed by my purchase this go round.
Printer prints slow and loud. Quality of printer is not what I expected. I would only recommend for small projects.
