I use this computer for my home business and absolutely love it. It was a great deal and it has been easy to navigate. I could careless about all the games and social stuff but they were easy to remove. It has plenty of memory and space and it is super fast compared to my 8 year old laptop that is still as trustworthy as ever. I highly recommend this product. Good buy for a fast computer and I love the touch screen.

I have not had any issues besides one time when playing Sims 4 and the computer froze and made a loud crazy noise until I had to force the computer to turn off. That could be from the Sims program since I have used it multiple times. The computer works fine and I have not had any problems. For an average person using the internet, non-intensive games, and other basic programs, it is fine. Also, even though the touch screen seems gimmicky, it works great and is very responsive and accurate to your touch.

I haven't owned a desktop computer in over six years. I've only used a laptop and tablet. I didn't realize how much I missed using a desktop until I bought this one. The large screen is awesome! The resolution is great for word processing and spreadsheet applications. The large screen is also great for the Windows 8.1 touchscreen functions. There are six USB ports, two of which are USB 3.0. I love the fact that it's a virtually wireless system; no keyboard or mouse wires. There is so much to like about this PC, I could on and on. I even bought one for my 76 year old mother, and recommend it to my doctor. The only negative I could think of is: I'm not a huge fan of the AMD A6 processor. It's okay for most functions, but it's not as efficient as its Intel counterpart when it comes to multitasking. All being said; go buy this PC, you will NOT be sorry.

Super visibility with the large screen. It's fast, but I have to gt used to the Windows 8.1! It is a little challenging converting to 8.1 if you have been using XP and 7 for a long time. I would highly recommend getting the Geek Squad protection and having them clean off all the preloaded garbage and set up the computer properly. As usual, Best Buy is friendly and knowledgeable. The wireless key board and mouse eliminate all visible wires hanging around this all in one.

It took me a few trips to several different stores before I was able to make a decision. Every product that I took an interest in was cheaper at best buy and I was able to receive good product info from the sales associates. Based on my needs this computer was more then enough. I love having the ability to either use the keyboard or the touch screen. Works great and has more than enough features to keep my busy. Would definitely recommend this product.

Assisted my sister-in-law with this purchase for her retail location. It will be used for customer membership, accounting and retail sales. The big screen and speed of PC is excellent for this purpose.

I chose an all-in-one desktop because I love the lack of cords and wiring, but I love everything about this PC! The screen is large enough to be very easy to read, the sound quality is very good, the touch screen is fun to use, and it is so much faster than my last computer. I'm new to Windows 8, but it has been fairly easy to learn. This is a great computer!

I bought this computer for my wife, to replace her old laptop which was slowing down. She loves the large screen, and the speed is more than adequate for email, Freecell, and internet access. After using Windows for 30 years, we both hate the touch screen environment of Windows 8.1.

I love that it has a huge touchscreen with many apps. It also has a wireless keyboard and mouse. I thought it was a little pricey, and when I first saw how big the monitor is I thought I wouldn't like it, but I've become accustomed to it and enjoy the larger size now. The performance is great, and my son can play his online games with ease.

Just a great overall computer. Processes info very quickly. The set-up was easy and seamless. The permissions and user accounts gives us the capability to control all users on the computer. The touch screen is awesome. Great buy!

It's such fun to have a new technology challenge! This computer uses windows 8.1 which is new to us. Also, fun using the touch screen rather than mouse or keyboard, although the are also wireless. Works well with our HP printer, too! Highly recommend this computer!

This computer is slower than my older computer, which is disappointing I didn't realize that it would not have programs that came with my seven year old HP computer such as Word. It has a beautiful picture but I had to add speakers to get a better sound. And I wish I had chosen a computer with a monitor that was more adjustable. I cannot get pictures with my webcam sitting in front of the computer. I have to stand up to get a picture and there is no way to adjust the stand to make it any different. This is a nice computer but I'm slightly disappointed in it. I wasn't able to upload an image as requested

What's really great is that I feel secure about Winows 8. It's so different from my Windows Vista. I put a pass code to get to my computer and then I have to put in a password to get to the Start menu or to Windows. I'm 77 yrs of age and I don't want to mess this computer up so I call the Geek Squad & they are helping me along the way. I have this computer one month now, I'm a slow learner. So when I want a good product and good service I go to Best Buy. I have a touch screen windows 8 and its different than my touch screen windows Vista that after a month I still have to remember how to get to a different program on the windows 8.

I went to Best Buy to get an inexpensive lap top as a second computer for work at home stuff. Salesman showed me this all in one. Though it was a little more than I intended on spending for the extra money it was well worth it. The 23" screen is awesome. I quickly got used to the Windows 8 functions and the touch screen aspects. Processor seems fast. The wireless keyboard and mouse work exceptionally well. It took a few minutes to set up. My only regret is that I didn't spend a little more and get the model with a battery so I could freely move it around the house. The down side, it was supposed to be a second computer for me but it's so cool my son has taken it over.

I bought this computer at open box price, nothing is wrong with it at all and the computer is great. Easy to use, fast and very up to date with everything. I'm very impressed with this computer and extremely happy. The screen is big so even my parents that need glasses can see without having their glasses on. I love this product. Thank you best buy! I switched from a laptop to this touch screen all-in-one computer and love the size of the screen. It was easy to set up and so far I only have had one problem with it and that is probably a software issue.

This was a purchase to replace an XP I have had for years that needed upgraded anyway. Ended up getting an all in one for space purposes. Big switch from the XP world to Windows 8. Had problems with transferring things from old computer to new. Things run different and makes it more difficult to run Norton. On the other hand, more ease of access for some things due to the touch screen icons ect.

Always like HP products, but this one kinda disappoints. Hate windows 8 (not hp's fault), and keep losing my printer connection and have to reload the drivers. Also, freezes up for no reason.

It's a good computer. Very compact and gives you lots of space on your table. Comes with keyboard and mouse. Touch screen is handy when you don't want to use your mouse. I wanted an all in one computer and this one is a pretty good one.

I upgraded from an old laptop and the screen is awesome. The picture is clear and sharp. It was also very easy to set up and fits perfectly on my desktop. Love the wireless keyboard and mouse.
