I have been looking for a new printer and this fit the bill. It has all the features I wanted. And it was an easy set up and is printing great.

Love the ease of setup. Good print quality. Like the idea of large bottles of ink.

This is a good printer especially if you like to just print documents and pictures. The ink fill process is great and greatly reduces the cost of operation. The scanning operation and requirement of using the HP Smart app is also a rather big disappointment. Very limited operation while at the printer. Double sided prints are also problematic when generated from Scans.

This printer replaced an Epson that was on its last legs. I'm very impressed with the quality of output and ease of use. Great home office printer if speed isn't a big issue. Setup went smooth.

Nice printer for me. Setup required me to really follow the instructions as this was my first smart tank machine. Getting it connected to my WiFi required some effort, so you may need some computer savvy and patience,

I like the HP Smart Tank 6001 as a printer. Purchase in Aug 2024 with a extended warranty. In Aug 2025 quite working and took back to Best Buy and was told they don't work on them. Purchased a new one and I have 1 issue. within a years time it shouldn't cost $108.00+ to purchase a new one. I understand the new warranty but not the cost in increase in the printer. Personnel that I dealth with were outstanding.

Very reliable so far. Much prefer the "tank"liquid fillers to the ink cartridges ! Right size for desktop - not obtrusive.

Easy to set up. D/L smart app for phone and computer set them up and you are ready to go. I also like that you don't have to use the cartridges. The 4 bottles cost less than $35.00!

Prints very well and ink is long lasting. I got this printer because it able to print different types of media and it has been exceeding my expectations. Best Buy employee were also very knowledgeable about the printers and helped a lot in buying the right one. :)

Works great, no problems. Just wish there were better instructions in the manual on how to operate the scan mode and a little bigger display on the printer wouldn't hurt either.

This printer is an excellent choice for at-home printing. I do a great deal of marketing work for a nonprofit and this printer is a reliable workhorse.

Easy to install and prints well. My printer will be primarily be used for my crafting projects in conjunction with my Cricut die cutting machine and my computer.

My wife had been told by a co-worker to get a laser printer, but a salesman convinced her that for what was needed, this printer would be a better choice. Most importantly, the Supertank model provides an ink supply in a way where the ink doesn't run out in a short amount of time, which had been a problem for us with printer cartridges in the past. So far we are very impressed with the copies we've made, and my wife won't have to be concerned as she looks forward to doing some creative writing in her retirement.

This item is still in the box. I'm to install it tomorrow. However, sales at Best Buy highly pushed this "Smart Tank" type printer. So, with that said...I purchased it. I'm at the register to pay and asked about the 2 years of ink that's included and was told that what's in the box should last me 2 years. Basically, I'm not going to be getting any "free" ink in case it does not last! I'm a Best Buy purchaser. Never even thought about purchasing from any other computer store. From TV's, Laptops, Printers, Desktops, and all the gadgets that go with those, etc. I'm hoping & Praying this will make me happy. I've also always had the Geek Squad but I've canceled that. I called to use GS 3 different times but was told they don't work on the item in question any longer...that it costs more to fix it then to purchase a new one. Can't say I'm as happy with Best Buy today as I was 8 years ago...something's changed and not for the better. I still go there but more cautious in purchases now.
