It’s an “OK” printer, you get what you pay for. Its color is not spectacular. I have had multiple paper Jams and issue with connectivity to one of my computers. I haven’t had it long enough to evaluate the economics of the tank vs cartridge.

I absolutely love love love this printer . I recommend this product to any one that loves to print and have a good quality.

The smart printer is great, easy to set up and prints pictures and files . Buy it on sale and save .

This printer is great. Puts out a great product. I was hesitant to make the switch to the Supertanker but I. LOVE it.

After plugging in the printer and downloading the app, I proceeded to start the setup. Almost immediately I received an error message in the app. “We’re sorry, something went wrong. We're having a technical issue with your HP Smart setup session. We weren't able to resolve the issue and can't finish printer setup right now. Exit setup and try again later to resolve this issue. If you continue to have issues setting up, contact HP Support.” I kept getting this message after several attempts, powering down, restarting. Finally I tried to contact customer support, however it said that it didn’t recognize the serial number and product code! Unbelievable! Thankfully I was able to return.

Easily connected to my WiFi, can print from all my devices. Need more time to evaluate how long the ink will last, hoping for great results. I attempted several times to attach a pic below that shows it looks even better on paper than on my screen, and it was on plain paper, too! The upload kept failing, no matter how small I made it, or what format I tried... (BAD REVIEW on this website, great review on the Printer)

Fast, simple and compact. Looks like HP got it right. Wireless works great with both my PC and Mac. No issues

Great ink tank printer. I wanted a different one, but it was out of stock. Compared the cost of a traditional cartridge printer with the ink tank... extra cost is saved after one load of ink tank... cartridges print less (half or less), cost immensely more. Has most of the same specs... features of the upper end printers. Auto double sided printing. It has it all I think. Easy set up.

I purchased another extremely popular tank printer and had so much trouble- it wouldn't stay connected, wouldn't update, and the app looked like it was 20 years old. Sent it back and took a chance on this one even though HP didn't have the best reviews for tank printers. OMG, it is above and beyond! It connected immediately, stays connected, I have had zero issues connecting it to anything, and the app has free printables for kids and family calendars etc, plus I can send anything to my printer even when I'm away from home in the app. So glad I took a chance on this one!

I love the printer, but couldnt figure out how to get it to work with my laptop. I finally got a cord to connect instead of wireless...works great

I bought two they’re great. One for the office and one at home. very easy to use.
