My HP 6001 printer has worked well so far. I would recomend.

I need to return this printer. It’s the most I’ve spent on a printer & I can’t stand it. Most of the time instead of printing out a document I am working on it prints directions for correcting error message. I must have 100 pages of these mis-prints. I would be bringing it back asap as I can get to the store!!

Nice printer but does not have the option to copy a stack of documents (continuous feed). Or at least if it has, i havent been able to figure out how.

Nice printer for home office and personal use. Easy setup. Like the individual ink wells and not having to buy ink cartridges.

Best Buy always gives me great support. The HP Smart Tank I ordered wouldn’t pump blank ink to the printhead. Best Buy replaced the printer no questions asked. The second printer is working perfectly. Thank you Best Buy.

My HP workhorse needed a new print head so i decided to purchase new instead, so far so good. It does nice work and I think the ink tanks will be more economical than cartridges.

review could have been higher if it wasn't so hard to get set up and working the lady at best buy said it would be easy to set up i had a hard time with the thing called hp and they said it would have to wait because they had problems on their end they were fixing when i got time to get back to them they got it for me after about 3Hours they had to take over my computer to do it it seems to be working fine now and they even called me back the next day to check on it the lady at best buy was wrong i guest hopefully it keeps working :-)

A good product, but installation was not easy, and I had to contact customer service, who installed it remotely. The technician was excellent, however.

It’s a great product the printer ink that came with it has lasted me months.

Manual with printer doesn’t provide all needed information for setup & use— particularly if older & technically deficient in such use.

Works great from all our devices, computer, iPhone, iPad. What more could we possibly ask.

I got this today and I love it. I am a big fan of HP products. The only thing I can't figure out is the 2 years of ink. I called HP and the representative told me they don't support the smart tanks.

Excellent color and the refillable thanks are easy to refill. Head the warning kon the box though, things DO get messy if the device is even slightly unlevel.

Have had issues. Lousy paper feed. I knew the printer was slower than some but need to be able to print large volumes and hoped the tank printer would be helpful. Several jams for no apparent reason and small finicky paper feed.

it seems to be good have not used it very much. having a hard time trying to print envelopes . still trying to figure that out.

Excellent performance. However, I suggest to include cable connection.

I hate this printer. Set up was a nightmare. I only print from my Samsung phone via wi-fi or Bluetooth. I eventually had to call customer service for help setting it up. Now the printer has to be reset every so often whichnis a nightmare. Last reset i am unable to just hit print and have it print instantly. I must go in to my phone settings, make the printer my main wifi connection, print, then go back and set my home wifi as default to hrowse internet. Worst purchase ever!!! The paper tray is cheap, flimsy, and extremely difficult to remove. I just want something simple to use and connect, decent ink, and good photo prints. Not the printer!!!

Love it. However, I had to figure out that copies are made without wifi and print needs wifi on. So not enough info. Asked about getting ink. Was told none.

Very good printer but was a little disappointed in the 2 sided printing where you have to actually do it manually .I like the tank option though for the ink

Replaced a older HP printer with dual cartridges so far extremely happy.
