    Bought this as a replacement for an HP 8610 that had given years of faithful service before dying. I had a few problems setting it up, even with the smart installation software, and it's a bit noisy and slower than the 8610, but so far it's done what I needed it to do.

    Tried hooking this up to 3! different computers, and ALL 3 are HP. Never could get this printer to connect to any of them. HP printers used to be the best. Not anymore.

    Had for 22 months, nothing but error messages and no printing. I will not buy HP products anymore. Customer support with HP does not exist, you have to buy the privilege to talk to someone. Chat with HP does not help at all, they just give you the same thing you can find in a google search and offer no advice.

    The printer will not print. I tried several times. Then i will receive a message that there is a security certificate that needs to be approved in order to print. Why not send this message when i first attempt to print instead of after several attempts. FRUSTRATING.

    I am not at all happy with this purchase. I would like to return and get a different printer. Every time I turn it off, it has to be unplugged before it will turn back on.
