    Do not waste your money. Had this printer for 1 year, after 1 year the paper rollers will not pick up paper at all, to the point where you will have to remove the receiver tray, pish the paper in for it to then jame in the back of the printer. Worst piece of garbage ever made by man

    I took this back to Best Buy. Electrical cord would not stay attached to the back of the printer. Yet, repair would not look at it, replace the cord, or help.

    This printer sounded like a good value however, that remains to be seen. I regret not purchasing the extended warranty. It is VERY NOISY just preparing to print and quite annoying.

    Nice printer. Easy to set up. Has lots of ink included. It prints a lot faster than many inkjet printers: some printers will do a little dance charging up things before finally actually printing your document -- but this one just gets right to business with very little delay. Nice large paper capacity, too!

    This printer worked for 2 hrs or less. We replaced it with the same model hoping it was an anomaly. It was not. The second printer lasted 1 day. Will be returning and getting another model. Zero Stars

    I did like this printer, but upon moving to another state, it failed to connect to the Internet. I had to return the printer to Best Buy. So glad I took out the replacement plan. The printer only lasted 1 and 1/2 months.
