Printer is great, upgraded and love the cheaper ink refill option... great printer

Had just over 1 month and we went to turn it off because we had to turn the power off for some electrical work so we wouldn't get a power surge but ended up not having to turn the power off. Went to turn the printer back on and it wouldn't power back on.

Great printer sl difficult to set up wireless but had help

This printer has been a problem since day one. It always has errors. Now after only 18 months, it doesn't print color accurately. I've competed all of the troubleshooting steps multiple times and no improvement. HP customer support will not help because it is out of warranty.

This was the single worst printer I have ever used, either at home or at a job. Setup was easy enough, and it has big ink reservoirs, but be prepared for it to get paper jams, not pickup paper, and give false alarms for phantom paper jams.

I don’t have anything good or bad to say about the printer, I never got to use it because when he was installing it and found out I didn’t have Wi-Fi. He told me that I would not be able to use it for what I wanted to, so I had to return it.

Cannot connect/print via wifi. On nline with Microsoft they say printer defective

It is fast but it WILL NOT print in color from my Mac desktop but DOES print in color from my iPhone and iPad

The printer at times will not print after being in stand by; The buttons do not work, the only way to reset is to unplug.

I’ve had numerous issues with this printer. I had to unplug at least three times to clear its memory and restart.

Printhead icon kept flashing during set-up. Tried to contact customer service and serial number was required to start the call. Serial number was invalid and that got me nowhere. Wasted a couple of hours trying to make it work and only ended up frustrated. Returned and got an Epson instead. Save the headache and avoid HP due to bad customer service

We tried to hook it up to our internet and never succeeded. We even talked to the help desk and they couldn’t figure it out either. We returned it and bought a different kind which works perfectly.

Machine keeps going into error mode. Have to keep removing machine and reloading. May be bringing back

The printer hasn't worked right since I got it. Every time I try to print something from the computer,I have to call the geek squad.

Terrible color printer. Colors are dull, dark and everything looks like its printed in sepia. I had a Canon Color imageCLASS MF653Cdw that I returned but now wish I had kept it. The Canon had very vibrant colors but I couldn't get it set up right. Before I sent it back I printed a picture of a red Christmas present bow and then printed it on the HP. The Canon blew it away with bright, beautiful color. Kicking myself for buying this one and returning the Canon.

Paper jams and broke in 2 weeks of purchase. Not worth the money.

Bad product, stopped working after a few months. Won't buy again.

Never connects to wifi i bought one worked good for 2 weeks and know its not connecting to wifi

it lacks allot of features holds a small amount of paper the delivery is not that great is not duplexed wireless setup is hard to do
