Good printer always use HP. Unfortunately this one was a dud. It stopped working after a few months replace it with a new HP printer working great.

Good for basic use. It is hard to troubleshoot from the actual printer. You need to use the HP Smart app.

A little fussy to figure printing from websites. Sometimes need to attempt multiple ways.

Nightmare to set up.... would not connect to wifi for nothing. I expected better.

Could not get printer to sync with two computers running windows 11 and it also wouldn't sync with my Samsung Galaxy 21 Ultra 5g. HP was useless with help.

I got this via store credit due to poor customer care for another purchase.

Not reviewing product, but Best buy customer service is terrible! Bought online, drove an hour to the store, said it was not there now. Customer service offered no help, called corporate they offered no solution. Much better to give my business to amazon!

It works most of the time. Losing wifi connection frequently. You have to keep resetting it

printing good once I finally got it set up- could not figure out how to set up through the wifi router so I had to go buy a cable to hook it up direct through a USB cable- very tricky setup with poor instructions.

Harder to. Operate than I expected. My other HP printer was simpler to operate.

Wireless is a great concept but this printer takes 5-10 minutes to transmit and start to print a document. May be better if came with a USB cord to directly transmit from computer to printer. But this is ridiculous. Plus, if you’re in an area with spotty wifi, forget it. Can’t use this printer. Returning

Not easy to set up. The display is difficult to navigate. Should be easier to scan a document

Worst printer I have ever had! Traded in a cheap printer for this and should have kept the cheap one. It eats more paper than it prints, the cord doesn't always stay plugged in and when it does print it is very slow. Also, the price went down $100 a month after I purchased it.

The printing is not as crisp as I would like, but the full tank is easy and clean

About every 30 pages the printer says the cartridge needs to be replaced. The auto feed takes multiple pages instead of just one, which jams the printer. It also prints slow and is not an auto two sided printer.
