I was prepared to dislike this printer (it replaced another HP printer which was the bane of my existence). Didn’t happen. I initially disliked its WiFi-only “feature”. That has worked out to eliminate some networking issues. On balance: I LIKE IT. It prints well, prints fairly quickly and IT NEVER GOES OFFLINE.

I’ve needed to replace my old printer for a while now. My old HP had all but given up the ghost. I’ve always had HP printers and have always been very satisfied. My brother in law has two Smart Tank 6001 Wireless All-In-One Inkjet Printers, so I bought one. The hook up was easy. And so far it has worked perfectly. I’m really enjoying printing again. Looking forward to making Christmas cards this year.

Noisy, clunky, slow. Not easy to set up. Prints light. I hope it really saves money on ink.

So far I have no issues with this printer. I make sure I print a couple times a week to keep the ink from clogging. The pictures I printed look great. I mainly got this printer to print my own labels for our small business. Some say it is difficult to set up, but I had no issues. I just followed the directions and it set up just fine. Great printer and recommend to others.

Quiet, attractive and simple for a 71 year old to use. I have always used the HP machines (when I was working) and the brand is fantastic. I like how the print is dispersed and is supposed to last a long time. This holds more paper than my previous one and love it.

Bought for parents who always have issues with running out of ink whenever they needed to print as well as dated printers that did not want to connect well. Been working well for them and love the massive amount of black ink that the tank holds. Way better than the tiny ink cartridges.

I liked the idea of how the ink is refilled in this printer and should last longer, since I don’t print often. The problem is that HP wants you to use apps to make things “easier” to use plus probably gather all of your information. I was able to print without the app, but never got all the features without ever being able to get the printer to connect to the app. I tried MANY times and searched the internet for things to try. When I finally decided to call and see if they had any advice, they said the warranty was past 27 days, so they wanted me to pay over $20+ to receive their help. Remember, the printer works fine. I just can’t get it connected to the app. Needless to say, I did not pay the money and would highly not recommend purchasing an HP product. They obviously do not stand by their products and will nickle and dime you anywhere they can. I have had this a little over a year and only use it an average of 3 times a month. Just last week, I was dealing with a paper jam already and am not confident this thing is gonna last.

This printer is the best I've ever had! Love the ink supply bottles vs cartridges that cost a fortune. Even better you don't have to use HP Insta-Ink that costs a fortune. I had no problem scanning or copying. It looks great, is well made and quiet. Super happy with it! Set up is a breeze as well.

A very good small printer for my needs. Don’t need the bells & whistles of their larger 8620 (purchased years ago but very reliable) any more. Very happy with this one!

Simple to use. High quality prints. The photos are excellent.

Excellent printer. Fast and quiet. Prints pictures really fast and with great quality. It is wifi but don't call HP for support on how to get it to broadcast to the network as they have no clue so I had to hook it up hard wire.

This was one of the best purchases I have ever made. I print a lot. It has been months since I bought this, probably as much as 6 months. And it still has not ran out of ink or needed a refill. Not even the black ink.
