Black and white printing is excellent. Printing on photo paper is disastrous. It smears and is very unclear. I had the same machine before this one and the photo printing was good, but not excellent.

I had a small problem setting this up but it was not a problem with the printer but with a setting on my computer.

Flimsy lightweight printer. Had to tape the power cord to keep it from falling out. Print seems to be ok.

Be careful what you download to get the printer working. The smart HP app doesn’t work. The smart tank app works.

Wonderful printer and save hundreds on ink. HOWEVER, it broke after exactly one year. Replaced cartridge still didn’t work. Bought another part they said was the problem; still didn’t work. Now they’re saying it’s a problem with the hardware and I need to simplify purchase another printer. I bought in August 2022 and it crashed September on 2023. I’m highly disappointed and left having to purchase another printer which isn’t in my budget!!!

I like the fact that you can use liquid ink instead of those expensive HP cartridges

When it was time to replace my old printer, I really wanted to switch to ink tanks, and this HP all-in-one seemed to fit the bill. It was a little tricky to set up, but once I got through that, it worked great for a couple of months, then quit. Trying to get a repair was a nightmare -- I tried the remote repair option, a Geek Squad in-home repair, and still had to go through a lengthy HP chat conversation, answering all the same questions and trying all the same fixes. I finally was given permission to send it back to HP for a replacement. I just hope when I get the new one it works!

Love it. I do have a problem in learning some of the things I want to do on it, but at 86 most is over my head. Having problems coping on the printer send to my laptop is still what I have to learn, but it is coming.

This printer was recommended by the Geek Squad technician who came to service my older printer. He pointed out that my older printer was way more than I needed for my work. He recommended the HP-Smart Tank 6001 that I purchased. I am very pleased with this printer and am thankful for his recommendation.

Hard to set up and use. You must switch wifi from device to printer with each use. It responds slowly. You can only feed one cooy. Dont waste money on app. Worthless!

We are very happy with our new HP Smart Tank Printer. It had everything we needed: good instructions and ink. It was packaged very well and it was easy to set up. It connected easily to our in-home wi-fi and HP desktop computers. It looks nice as well.

I trust HP products, they are very good. I had a large print HP printer to print banners when I worked for a company in their sign shop. I got the Smart tank 6001 because the ink was less expensive then the previous HP printer I had. So I am saving money in ink and still enjoying the quality of HP.

Was my first time buying something from best. Buy and staff was pretty cool and i was thinking to buy any small printer but one of their staff recommended that hp printer with 2 year of ink included in the box ,, so thank you everyone

Pretty good so far. The only thing I've found that I don't like is how it manages the both sides printing. It works, but is a bit confusing as to which side will be printed when not printing both sides at once.

Very happy with printer, ink supply very good, was tired of spending hundreds on ink cartridges. Printer basically uses same style printer cartridges with an ink supply hose attached to the top of it.
