    I have had nothing but problems with this machine. Either it won't copy and print things or it won't print from my computer. I have had Geek Squad and other people come to work on it. I even had a cable connected so it is no longer wireless. That worked for a while. Sometimes it would wait for several days and then print things in queue. Geek Squad charged me $100 to come out. It is so frustrating!

    Does not interface with Apple easily. Wireless is difficult.

    Great printer for the price. Good connection to the Bluetooth only down side is that it a bit on the bulky side but havent had any issues and i use it every day.

    Setup was a horrible experience. It took a long time to connect to the internet. I had a HP before and when I logged into my account it went better with setup. Then I had errors concerning print head until I restarted the printer. It works better now but set up should have been easier than it was. I read the reviews before about problem. Ink wasn't too bad loading in. To print must go into website - HP had before was easier to use for print & scan. I had other items connected to the internet. I should have checked out Geek Squad in setting it up. If buy it prepare for set up problems

    This machine is okay. I had a few software issues so I needed to do an exchange. Also, the printer made a few clicking noises when it printed on glossy paper. I updated to the smart tank 7600 and haven't had any issues.

    My third one of these printers, in less than a year, has just died. This model is a worthless piece of junk.
