    This printer worked like it was a bottom of the line printer stay jamming then you would clear the jam still said paper jam you would have to shut it all the way down every time and that process took 20 mins or more

    First of all, you’ll have to restart this promter eveytime and hope it reconnected to network. Second, at this price they have not provided the facility of bulk scanning. Third, this always breaks down and you wil have to fix, does not work for anyone who is not good with technology.

    After spending several hours on line with the GeekSquad on three separate occasions, they were not able to connect my computer to the printer. I was told to purchase a cable.

    WiFi doesn't stay connected twice I connected and connection lost the next day none of my other devices have this problem.

    Unlike other HP Printers, this was difficult to get operational, either wired or Bluetooth. Terrible software drivers and very difficult installation and pairing. I would suggest looking elsewhere!

    First time Ive tried a supertank printer. Set up was a bit difficult but seems to be working now. Haven't figured out two sided printing yet.
