Printer set up is awful— very long time - instructions terrible

The printer has problems keeping connected to my devices and having a stable wifi connection. I have to wake up printer in order to print. Do no recommend, I wish have never bought this printer and returned for full refund.

Absolutely the worst piece of junk to ever be called a "printer."
You'll unbox it. You'll follow all setup directions. The problem? It requires HP Smart software in order to run. Why is that a problem? It's a problem because HP never included the Smart Tank 6000 series in their list of printer drivers. The drivers don't exist. Don't be duped into buying this printer. You'll end up stuck with a $300 paper weight.

Printer setup software is horrible! Don't waste your time with this printer where actual support does NOT exist!

This printer has been a horrible experience. I have spent hours on the phone with Best Buy personnel as well as my Internet provider. I am advised it appears to be a defective machine. Very very disappointed and without a printer for many days.

Couldn't get it to connect through wireless. Support was useless. Returned. I am tech savvy enough and have never had an issue connecting a printer before.

Copies were smeared. Hours on the phone with product support. Suggested replacing a print head which I couldn’t do because the printer didn’t function right to replace it. Took it back to Best Buy.

PIECE OF JUNK. SPENT 3 1/2 HOURS TRYING TO GET IT SET UP WITH HP. DEFECTIVE FROM THE START. BEWARE IF YOU PURCHASE AND SET IT UP WITHIN 14 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE. WOULD NOT REGISTER INK AND PRINTER HEAD WOULD NOT WORK.
