I bought this to replace a ten year old HP. My main objective is photo printing. It does a very good job, so far printing photos. It stays connected wirelessly much better than the old one ever did,I also like the ink tanks over cartridges, and it so much easier to use. I am very happy with this printer.

Very easy to set up! Prints fast and does a great job.

It was easy to set up. Did take a few minutes to set up cause of all the packing materials and filling the tanks. Not to messy to fill, only got a little ink on my finger. Definitely a wise choice getting the model with the touch screen cause of putting in the log in information to connect to the router. Prints quick and clear.

Easily fill all tanks with no mess. User friendly setups for Wi-Fi and WPS setup for direct connect.

This was the first time I purchase this type of printer and it works great and I like the new ink type in bottles.

I was so pleased with my first Smart Tank Plus 651, I bought another for my new business. It performed as expected and I'm looking forward to many years service.

This was my replacement of the original. After clearing out a paper jam it did not work. You gave me a new one but the original was only 4 months old. But when it works, it is a champ!

This is a great all in one printer, however I'm so disappointed it will not allow receiving faxes. You can send, but not receive. That really wasn't clearly stated in the description, otherwise I would have chosen a different model.

Great color, easy to set up. I'm not a "techie", but this was very simple. Much different from my old ink jet. Sure, the outlay up front is more, but I'm tired of paying a ransom for ink, especially when I don't need all colors. With this, I'll buy what I need at a very reasonable cost and get thousands of copies!

This printer was more complicated than i would have ever anticipated. Trying to set it up and connect it to my computer and wireless system was the worst experience i had ever had to deal with! Too many steps, a manufacturer's password that I couldn't find, and the wireless connection took about 6 hours of going in circles! Then out of the blue, it finally connected on it's own when i was about to give up...

The product sucks. If you’re a once in awhile type of user then it will be suffice. However, if you use this printer for daily use I give you 2-3 months tops. If you do buy it get the warranty so at least you’re covered

Great multi tasking printer. It was easy to set up with my computer. I went with the refillable ink machine instead of the one that uses cartridges. It happened to be on sale which made it even better!

Easy to install and meets all expectations Would highly recommend

I purchased one for me and one for my in-laws. Working from home and being older, the thought of no more ink cartridge after ink cartridge after ink cartridge, was irrésistible! After heavy use. I have yet to worry about refilling the printer. Well worth the money!

I like the size and productivity of this device a lot . Works well for me in my office and I love the smart tank . alot easier to fill tanks than replace cartridges.

It works as promised. I like it so far. It took some time to set up, and the online, and then trying to get live help was a problem for me. I don't do it every day. Eventually got it done. The HP Community was not helpful for me. Answers took days.

I’ve gone through a lot of printers over the years, but I’m really liking this one. It was very easy to connect to wireless Internet. I don’t have the best Internet and that’s been a struggle using wireless, but this one seems to be working perfectly. I’m very pleased with the overall printing as well.

I love this printer. It works wonderful.I print very clear pictures. The color is great.
