I was so pleased with my first Smart Tank Plus 651, I bought another for my new business. It performed as expected and I'm looking forward to many years service.

If you are buying a Smart Tank printer, buy the best. I have two cheaper models. The least expensive is very slow. The second least expensive seems to have a difficult time connecting it to the internet. This 651 seems to be great.. We will see in the future, but the speed is good and it seems every bit as reliable as the cartridge model...

Love print quality but needed automatic 2 sided printing option , otherwise I was happy with the printer.

The product sucks. If you’re a once in awhile type of user then it will be suffice. However, if you use this printer for daily use I give you 2-3 months tops. If you do buy it get the warranty so at least you’re covered

Easy set up! No mess and works perfectly. Print jobs are sharp and I love that I can print directly from my phone or laptop.

The setup was troubling as the App could not find the printer on my network. Once connected, it lost the connection many times, even though it is sitting two feet from my router. I had to contact HP support and worked with them for awhile. The only solution was to turn off the printer and shut down my router. After restart, it worked. I put in about three hours on this. My son bought a Canon printer and that was plug and play.

Bought this on a whim, thought it looked interesting and wanted to see how it worked. After setting it all up and getting my pc connected, filled up the tanks, test prints, crisp clear prints, silent operation, ease of ink levels. Love the tanks in the front, bought extra ink bottles but the tank holds so much, my black which I used the most isn’t even at half yet and I printed A LOT!! Lil expensive but might be my best printer yet.

I had a printer which worked perfectly fine EXCEPT I never could get it connected by WiFi to my computer. Having just upgraded my computer I decided to upgrade the printer and pay for an in-home installation to ensure it got WiFi connected successfully. The Geek Squad enabled me to get both the new printer AND my old one WiFi connected, to both my desktop and my laptop--a 4-in-1 solution to problems that annoyed me for years. This printer is not your solution for amazing photo prints. It's more suitable for B&W and color business-type graphics. These large ink tanks hold SO MUCH more ink than the little cartridges I am used to - no more having to order a new set after a large print job! Very good!

Printer - refillable ink. Says time and money not having to buy ink cartridges. Prints great. I bought 2.

Easy to set up. ALTHOUGH, putting in the 2 cartridges was not easy. HOWEVER, I fo like the ability of refilling each color as you need to. Makes much more sense. I purchased because I like printing current pictures of our kids and grandkids and hanging up. Already used the fax feature, works great, prints pages fast. Make sure you open the top COMPLETELY. Or it will fall back closed. All in all, a good buy, quality.

I like the size and productivity of this device a lot . Works well for me in my office and I love the smart tank . alot easier to fill tanks than replace cartridges.

Great multi tasking printer. It was easy to set up with my computer. I went with the refillable ink machine instead of the one that uses cartridges. It happened to be on sale which made it even better!

I love my new printer I wish it had been around a long time ago

I bought this to replace a ten year old HP. My main objective is photo printing. It does a very good job, so far printing photos. It stays connected wirelessly much better than the old one ever did,I also like the ink tanks over cartridges, and it so much easier to use. I am very happy with this printer.
