I need to bring my car back in, the camera isn’t working. It was restarting on its own, and the wiring wasn’t tucked all the way in to the places they installed. I just haven’t had time to go back

They advised me that the unit I purchased online may not be reliable, but agreed to do the install. They did an excellent job with the install and made all of the unit’s features work. When the unit failed a short time later they helped me find a solid brand and did the install perfectly.

Installer was excellent and on time, he answered all my questions and helped me set it up

Technician was outstanding. Even though they had a booked schedule, he would try to call to get an earlier spot to replace my daughter's receiver. When completed took the time to show the features and set up.

Even though I had to come back for a second appointment due to fact that I had a factory navigation system which needed an additional part, I can't complain. The installer did a great job and the fact that the service is offered by Best Buy was the driving decision in choosing them.

The agents were on point from start to finish. They even helped me order a part on Amazon that they needed for the schedule installation that they did not have in stock

Over the years I have upgraded my own car stereos and have also had other companies do installs for me. This was my first experience having the Geek Squad do an install. I have to say I felt much better after this install knowing that Best Buy will be around to fix any issue I could have then I ever did with other installers. The install went very well and I was informed and shown all of the new receivers features. There were no hidden cost and so far the install and receiver are working very well. I will use the Geek Squad on my next upgrade and I came away very satisfied with the value I received.

Geek squad installed my radio in truck and install looks good. But very disappointed that when I picked the truck up I was not told that 3 out of 4 speakers did not work. Which at this point makes the Bluetooth, etc. essentially useless. I did request that if there were any issues to give me a call because I would have had the speakers replaced at that time. Still unfamiliar w/radio operation but that's on me since not sure if you are to help/explain set it up or not.

After shopping around at a few different places to see who offered the best price on a touchscreen radio install, I found Best Buy to the be the lowest prices. Of course you tend to be a little wary about the cheapeast priced thing but I was impressed! All said and done the gentleman was done in about one hour. Cleaned up everything from installing the radio, did a great job installing it along with the small mic for Bluetooth phone calls. I have not had a single issue with this radio since having installed months ago! Best Buy really held up to their name of striving to be the best!

Service was good for the installation of my radio, and instructions for useage was adequate. Wait time (several days)for installation appointment was a little longer than I would have liked.

Jay, the installer, remediated an order that had sent me to the store in New Braunfels for installation. I had been told twice that the parts, bought at the Ingram store, would be shipped to New Braunfels for the installation. When I arrived, I was told that the parts were back at the Ingram store. When I returned to the Ingram store, Jay remedied the entire situation, soldiering through paperwork to return and re-order parts, and stayed well after hours to complete the install. He is the reason I will continue to purchase from BestBuy.

Very happy with the installation, did a very good job. Matt was very courteous and knowledgeable of my vehicle and the Kenwood DVD unit. Install took longer than indicated, due to me having to find the correct wiring harness needed to complete the install. Was able to locate the correct harness from a local installer, recommended by Matt. The other reason for the install time, was the interruptions of customers and phone, This did not bother me, as I was glad to see how your employees handled the costumers. Both men were an excellent example of very valuable asset to Best Buy. I give kudos to Matt and hope Best Buy is aware of his value.
