Very helpful. Directed me to the part I needed after they informed me that they couldn't source it. Install was difficult but tech worked through the issues and was able to complete install.

Those guys at the Youngstown store did a fantastic job! They put a Sony aftermarket radio in my '09 Camry in just a couple of hours. I really appreciate them setting up the steering wheel controls too.

Patrick is fantastic. After completing the installation, he shows you any new or updated features on your system, ensuring you understand what he did and that you are satisfied.

Slightly a little behind proposed completion time, but I expected the install would have some difficulties. the staff was very courteous and helpful in answering questions. Excellent attitudes! great experience.

This install was literally the worst experience I’ve ever encountered as a longtime customer with Best Buy! What should have been a simple install job turned into over a 7 hour job that was never done correctly. In fact, the installer damaged my vehicle which is now at the Nissan dealership in their service department because of the installer not knowing how to complete the job. He caused controls and a computer to literally burn up. I will say Store Management has been good to work with but the overall experience turned into a nightmare! I would not recommend until they have the proper help like they used to with previous installers.

Service was PERFECT. Really quick to the point where I didn’t even notice it taking much time. Very friendly, very helpful install. 10/10

I really like my new radio. Best Buy installers did an excellent job of installing it. It looks like it came with the car.

The agent installed my new stereo and even connected my backup camera that I purchased off Amazon for an additional fee. Very flexible, listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. I am very pleased with my new stereo and backup camera for my sons truck. He has Apple CarPlay and a backup camera on his truck now. No excuses to mess around on his phone and not see what's behind him while backing up.

Added a receiver as well as a back up camera to our 2011 Tahoe. The technician installed flawlessly and everything works great. Retained all factory controls with new receiver. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and did a great looking install with no issues.

The appointment was on time. The service was perfect and everything works great. Would definitely use the installation service again.

I had a sub installed in my car for a little bass and it did what I wanted it to do. Not too much but perfect for me. Ngl it did take a while, but the job was flawless and with factory radio. I gotta get them door speakers swapped out next. Geek squad it is!!
