I wish I could remember my agents name, he was the best! While he was installing my radio, he found my heater switch melting a cleaned it up, then my power window switch was falling into my door and he fixed that too! I'm a proud total tech member and a huge fan of the Geeks! Phenomenal job guys!

The guys at the Ann Arbor Lohr Rd. location did a great job installing my new stereo and are very friendly when going over various questions/concerns. They asked where I wanted the USB port installed and were even able to install the microphone where I wanted it instead of where it normally would've been placed. After everything was installed, they went over the various features of the stereo and how to pair up my phone with the stereo to use Android Auto.

Agent replaced my regular radio with a double din. He did a great job...everything looks great. All I would recommend is to check all you standard equipment after installation...as I just noticed my regular USB plug in in NOT working now...I have yet to go back in and see what happened...as my free time is very small...but plan to go back. He was so professional and kind that I sure he can fix whatever happened. Quality service from the installer.

After having to cancel multiple appointments due to rain I was finally able to take the Camaro into Best Buy for Eric to instal a radio, speakers, amp and backup camera. Eric was a pleasure to deal with and performed a super clean install on the car. Since the Camaro is a super clean hot rod, I really appreciated Eric’s attention to details during the install. The car also looked very clean when I picked it up. Can’t say enough about how happy I am with this experience!

Had my new Pioneer radio with Car Play installed at Best Buy. The unit was installed on time and with a clean finish. I was very impressed with installers superior technical ability and his craftsmanship.

I had for some reason, always thought that Best Buy Car Stereo Installation could only take place with the purchase of head units and accessories from Best Buy. During a visit to the local Best Buy and talking too the Car Stereo Install Technician, he informed me that they will install car audio gear and accessories if I purchase them from Best Buy or anywhere. Also explained the process and what I can expect. Job well done! Scheduled appointment and looking forward to the professional installation of my new A/V gear.

I honestly had a great experience with their techs installing a head unit in my car. I was able to get a next day install (nearly impossible) but I scheduled the wrong kind of appointment and the employee told me to let him assist his next appointment and he can fit me in right after. No problems at all the tech did great and it looks great.

The rep installed an after market 10 inch touch screen into my 2017 Nissan Titan. Zack was extremely informative and very professional. I was not happy with the outcome but not because of the technician I just did not do enough research on the deck that I had installed and had to have it taken out a couple weeks later.

The young man who installed my stereo system in my car was very knowledgeable, professional and kind in spending time with me to help me understand how everything worked. I could not have been more thankful.

The agent had to remove my old car radio and install a new one with new hardware and wiring to interface with steering wheel controls, backup camera, DVD players and monitors. Everything works great.

I bought a 2009 Ford Taurus and didn't care for the factory radio too much. I went to the Baybrook Best Buy and purchased a new Alpine radio. Everyone at the store was very professional and polite. I got the free installation and got the radio installed at the Gulfgate Best Buy. The gentleman that installed the radio, Roland, did an excellent job. He was very thorough and explained everything that was done. Thank you Roland and Best Buy!

I was impressed by the installer. He was so friendly and patient as I wasn't a happy camper about a crucial piece to the installation of the radio was left out of my conversation with the salesman. I guess he has heard it way too many times. The install was quick and painless as it was done free of charge due to a special internet installation code. My installer was also meticulous and spent extra time with me to make sure I knew the ins and outs of my set. Bravo to him not so much the Store!!!!!

Jaime was awesome and had fantastic knowledge about the product and the vehicle he was installing the radio on. Even added some additional tips and tricks related to the vehicle - really above and beyond service.

My experience with Best Buy was phenomenal! They have great customer service that is fast and friendly. I got a Pioneer radio put in and the finished product is flawless. The level of professionalism is top notch. Everything works smoothly and I'm extremely satisfied! Jay was extremely knowledgeable on what I needed for my car. He informed me on what other options were there during my car radio installation. I would definitely come back and continue to have more features installed!

There were a lot of issues regarding my appointment time (a mess up from your remote customer service), but the man who installed my new stuff was fantastic. He was very patient and helped so much. He went above and beyond to help me and even stayed after the scheduled time to finish the install since the customer service person didn’t create the right appointment.

Installation of the apple Car play into my Prius was seamless and also efficient/timely. The tech was available at the appointed time and was kind and efficient. There is a place to wait while they work on your car.

I love the unit, but here's a warning: if you set a passcode, write it down somewhere! If you can't remember it, you have to send the radio back to pioneer and pay them to reset it! They also didn't inform me the passcode was a minimum of five characters. Unwittingly, I used a four number code, and it accepted it. After countless attempts to unlock it, I tried adding a space at the end as a fifth character, and it unlocked. Pure luck. I was livid.

Nicely installed all the parts, I don't remember the employee, but it was very nice. Once radio got restarted in Bump and pot holes, not sure that is because of cable issues or radio issues, will monitor further on this.
