These guys know what they’re doing and have great service! They did a very clean and professional install, no issues as of yet.

The installer Kenny who did the install in my vehicle did an AMAZING job. He answered all my questions, did the install in a timely manner and when it was ready for pick up he did a overview of what he did. Explained to me how the new system worked. It looks CLEAN and so nice! Employees like Kenny is the reason I would come back and have other installations done to my vehicle. Thank you Kenny!

Davo did an awesome job installing my radio. Everything works great. He even took the time to set my clock to the correct time. And put in extra effort to make sure everything at flush in my dash.

Outstanding service at the installation department. Due to Covid-19 I had to wait for conditions to be safe for some departments to open up, but when they did I got great service from Ray (S. Arlington TX) He knew exactly how to install my new sterio/GPS and backup camera. Clean install and helpful demonstration of the functions. This is one reason I keep my Best Buy Total Tech membership active each year. Thanks Ray.

Had my new Pioneer radio with Car Play installed at Best Buy. The unit was installed on time and with a clean finish. I was very impressed with installers superior technical ability and his craftsmanship.

Best customer service. They are busy but when it’s your turn you get 110%from these boys. Thanks to Javi and Danny I have a great system in my truck. They also installed the alarm with remote start. Had bought one but for the same price Danny found it with a remote start. Telling you the customer service was on point never took advantage of me as a customer. This was a overall great experience.

The young man who installed my stereo system in my car was very knowledgeable, professional and kind in spending time with me to help me understand how everything worked. I could not have been more thankful.

The service technicians provided outstanding, professional service. They explained what they were doing, troubleshot and fixed a problem I had created, advised me on the best options for my vehicle. I would recommend Joshua and Mathew (service reps) to anyone. Initially, I was nervous about some one pulling out the dash and installing. But they took great care to make sure things were in great shape. They installed a digital display head unit, explained how it worked. I'd go back to have these guys work on anything AV related!

I think the young man who helped my husband was named Charlie...I talked with him on the phone when I had to pay for additional equipment to put the receiver in my vehicle, and that is the reality folks...but he was very professional, knowledgeable and honest. He left his card with us if we ever needed anything...it's in my glovebox that's why I can't remember his name...but I would do this again...and budget a few more dollars for this project.

Jaime was awesome and had fantastic knowledge about the product and the vehicle he was installing the radio on. Even added some additional tips and tricks related to the vehicle - really above and beyond service.

The agent had to remove my old car radio and install a new one with new hardware and wiring to interface with steering wheel controls, backup camera, DVD players and monitors. Everything works great.

Got radio touch screen wireless and remote start install for my holidays

Installation of the apple Car play into my Prius was seamless and also efficient/timely. The tech was available at the appointed time and was kind and efficient. There is a place to wait while they work on your car.

Nicely installed all the parts, I don't remember the employee, but it was very nice. Once radio got restarted in Bump and pot holes, not sure that is because of cable issues or radio issues, will monitor further on this.

I've had these guys install several things for me and they are always fun to work with. They answer all of my questions and take the time to explain to me what they have done and why they did it. They accidentally broke a knob off the back of one of my seats. They made sure they told me about it when I came to pickup the car and said they would replace it. That honesty impressed me. It was on the back of the seat and I probably would have went months and not even noticed it.

OUTSTANDING JOB! SWAPPED OUT NEW BMW RADIO/CD PLAYER/ PHONE/COMPUTER SCREEN FOR ONE THAT NO LONGER HAD A WORKING DSPLAY. STEERING WHEEL INTERFACE WITH UNIT. JOB WAS COMPLETED WITHIN 1/2 HOUR. EVERYTHING WORKS LIKE A CHARM. SO PLEASED A MADE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT TO HAVE A BACK UP CAMERA ADDED ONTO A GPS UNIT. THAT JOB WILL BE DONE TOMORROW, LOOKING FORWARD TO ANOTHER FIRST CLASS JOB!

The salesmen don't know their azz from a hole in the ground. The install technicians are a totally different story. They force fed a double din head unit into my super duty before I was done shopping. Had to wait two weeks for the appointment, but it was worth it. He even went the extra mile by giving me the 'Whats up ' about all the radio's features. Very pleasantly surprised.

Geek Squad installers are great people and work very well together. The Only thing I disagree with is when customers interrupt the installer from doing a job and it takes away from the current job being done. It would be great if you had someone with knowledge on the In-store location that could take care of customers and leave the installers to do their work.
