Super good, super nice installer. Fast installation. Couldn’t be happier.

My new receiver was installed as per the provided time estimate. The guy who installed my receiver (along with the remote start system) was courteous and knowledgeable. He even waited for me while I went out to purchase the hardware (double din dash kit) which was not included with the receiver. Overall, the whole experience from purchasing, to scheduling and getting it installed was pretty positive.

Installs are scheduled by in store sales staff with little knowledge of what parts are needed or how much time is required for a given product. First trip was supposed to radio, backup camera and steering wheel controls. Tech only given time for radio install. Installer is superb, gets ***** Management needs to change the scheduling process to allow install techs to have more control

Installation was fantastic. No dash rattles, no broken plastic, and the installers took the time to fine tune my existing subwoofer into the new head unit. There were numerous connectors was to tie into the wiring harness for my new Pioneer car audio head unit and they did a great job. The Best Buy installation and the installers were top notch and highly recommended.

The installation tech did a great job and faster than the time he quoted me. There was no damage to my vehicle and he guided me through the operation of my new radio purchase as well. My only complaint is that it's Best buy policy for the installation folks not to accept tips. The install tech politely declined my tip and i don't tip all the time, only when its great service and he did a great job.

I scheduled my appointment online for my installation, easy process. I was the first appoint of the day and the tech was ready for me. When scheduling, website blocked 1.5 hours for install. When I got on site, tech said he would be done 30 minutes. I left the store and visited another store in the plaza and he called me in 20 minutes to let me know it was done. The service proved by this location was excellent.

The technician that installed my radio was very professional took time out of his schedule to get my radio in my truck. I have dealt with mechanics before an this guy was top notch i would recommend giving him a raise or a bonus there is not many workers like him was very impressed with his service an how he treated my vehicle like it was his own.

Team was great fixed my stereo in less than an hour and haven’t had any problems since !

My car is a 2002 Lincoln LS with an Alpine Premium Sound System. I upgraded to a touch screen double din Kenwood DNX573S Head Unit with Navigation. I was nervous about maintaining steering wheel control functionality and about the fit and finish of the installation which included hooking up to my subwoofer amp and adding a microphone for the Bluetooth voice command interface. The Best Buy Installers knew exactly what to order and completed the installation in 2 hours. I am very satisfied.

The agents installed my car radio without issue or need to return for any reason. The Kenwood car radio I purchased from Best Buy has all the features I could ask for.

I originally looked at my pioneer radio not noticing that it included installation at no extra cost. I have installed radios before and felt I could install this one as well. When I saw the free installation I jumped at it. I had to buy the install parts but would have done that anyway. The result was a really nice install job that was quicker than promised and gave an almost factory look. Great service and a really good installer.. Thanks

Do your homework and make sure that you plug in the right year and make and model of your car so that you don't get surprised when you take this Bluetooth receiver home. At times some people won't tell you up front which you need to place this receiver in your car but the Best Buy employees do a great job of making phone calls to other dealers if not they carry it in stock.

radio installation Supposed to been two hours job took 8 hours and it still wasn’t right. The kit had to be returned and reinstalled. The techs did not hook up the dvd function to my radio had to take it somewhere else. The tech don’t listen to you. Do more talking then listening. Overall was satisfied with the product installed made my car look different inside...

My installer was fantastic. He did a very neat installation, left no mess and it looks like it was installed by the factory! He took the time to check all the steering wheel controls for it worked and the device functioned properly. Then he gave me quick tour of how to use it. Great guy with communication and attention to detail.

Nice to have the install done by someone else in the middle of the winter. Haven’t inspected how/where wires run to ensure all well. Make sure you pay attention to any extra charges as they did try to charge for some included things. Installer was helpful in getting Best fit. Nice as a bundled deal, but would do myself normally because as easy as installing a stereo is, it’s way overpriced.

I’d taken my car in to get a complete new sound system and stereo installed, and the stereo ended up being too complicated for me to use and it was returned, and when my old system was being reinstalled, the plastic cover for one of the speakers was melted, but the problem has been fixed and it wasn’t really a problem anyway, just not the prettiest thing to look at! No other damage was done and Ian was always extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with.

Jesse is amazing!! He did everything perfect! He is very professional, he knows what he is doing and he keeps you informed with everything. You can tell when someone loves their jobs and I know he does, he takes pride in what he do. I recommended him to all my friends and family! Great employee.

The installation was quicker than expected and the technician explained everything to me with every detail. I will definitely be coming back for future installs.
