Great service and great installation highly recommended

I originally looked at my pioneer radio not noticing that it included installation at no extra cost. I have installed radios before and felt I could install this one as well. When I saw the free installation I jumped at it. I had to buy the install parts but would have done that anyway. The result was a really nice install job that was quicker than promised and gave an almost factory look. Great service and a really good installer.. Thanks

Do your homework and make sure that you plug in the right year and make and model of your car so that you don't get surprised when you take this Bluetooth receiver home. At times some people won't tell you up front which you need to place this receiver in your car but the Best Buy employees do a great job of making phone calls to other dealers if not they carry it in stock.

radio installation Supposed to been two hours job took 8 hours and it still wasn’t right. The kit had to be returned and reinstalled. The techs did not hook up the dvd function to my radio had to take it somewhere else. The tech don’t listen to you. Do more talking then listening. Overall was satisfied with the product installed made my car look different inside...

Jesse is amazing!! He did everything perfect! He is very professional, he knows what he is doing and he keeps you informed with everything. You can tell when someone loves their jobs and I know he does, he takes pride in what he do. I recommended him to all my friends and family! Great employee.

The geek squad guy was very negative and couldnt get the radio to sit right kn dash. It took me 5 minutes to do it at home. Was bery disappointed in the service

Excellent and professional service. Would have been nice if the state had more locations for the free installation since I had to wait 1.5 months after buying the radio.

What a great upgrade! So nice to have a system that works with all the modern technology. The service tech was great and even when there was an issue, took the time to make sure that I was happy with the whole unit.

Nice to have the install done by someone else in the middle of the winter. Haven’t inspected how/where wires run to ensure all well. Make sure you pay attention to any extra charges as they did try to charge for some included things. Installer was helpful in getting Best fit. Nice as a bundled deal, but would do myself normally because as easy as installing a stereo is, it’s way overpriced.

I’d taken my car in to get a complete new sound system and stereo installed, and the stereo ended up being too complicated for me to use and it was returned, and when my old system was being reinstalled, the plastic cover for one of the speakers was melted, but the problem has been fixed and it wasn’t really a problem anyway, just not the prettiest thing to look at! No other damage was done and Ian was always extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with.

Oxnard location – Marcus was amazing. I expected a professional installation, however I didn’t expect the technician to be so informative and having excellent customer service. He completed the installation in less time than he had estimated and took the time to go through all the features so I understood how my new car receiver worked. I would definitely come back to Best Buy for another installation.

Once supply chain issues were overcome getting all required components, the installer was thorough, competent, and polite. He explained all the capabilities of the unit and demonstrated using them. Finished the job almost an hour earlier than expected.

I am extremely happy with the installation job the 2 guys did!! I had some hack try to install my stereo and screwed everything up but lucky for me the guys at best buy saved me!! It took less than 2 hours and they say down and explained every feature of my stereo. Thank y'all!!

The techs installed a radio receiver in my vehicle, they did a great job as usual. Everyone from from speaking with the Help Line down to the techs themselves were very pleasant, knowledgeable and extremely helpful!

The agents mounted my radio and it was good but the video isnot yet working, When I bought the radio the include the harness and brackets but not the bypass so I have to order and wait again for another schedule for installation and its 2 more weeks of waiting. It is okay to wait but the 2 installers were too arrogant,

I had several issues with scheduling the appointment, which iy ended up taking two weeks to get me in because they had to order the installation kit. Two weeks went by and they ordered the incorrect kit, which pushed the install back another day. The manager made it right by refunding me some of my money. The installation cost is expensive, but it was done right and i have yet to have any issues.

Excellent Installers! This was a solid install, I've had radios and electronics installed in my former vehicles that had loose connections, looked terrible in the car and did not work well. Geek Squad reviewed different units and features and made sure the unit was going to look like it was always there - and it does! Set it up and walked me through all the features of the product and made helpful suggestions based on my preferences.

Install team was great. Initially had issues with steering wheel connections and they worked hard to resolve the issue. Very committed.

This purchase was necessary due to the failure of the purchase and installation of a 14 month old previous system that just stopped working suddenly. The manufacturer warranty had expired and I did not purchase the protection plan. It works just fine and I am pleased with it so far and I did purchase a protection plan this time for a very nice price. I’m happy.

I had used Pioneer before but decided to try an Alpine radio this time but it had issues with Android auto. Went back to Pioneer and have not had any issues since. Next time I'll stick to what works.
