I had a Kenwood DDX375 stereo/DVD player and backup camera installed in my hearse. Chris did a fantastic job! He kept me informed of his progress the entire time. After the install, he gave me some great instruction of how the units operated and even readjusted the camera. I think he went out of his way to make sure I was happy and I know it was a royal pain to intall the items in a hearse! Thanks for a great installation, Chris! I'm very happy!

The crew managed to squeeze me in earlier than scheduled and did an excellent job swapping out my factory radio with an aftermarket head unit. The bluetooth mic installation was perfect (hidden up along the top of the windshield) and the crew even did enough troubleshooting to verify that the back-up camera in the new head unit would not work unless the original back-up monitor was still in place.

I ordered this to replace the top of the line Entune Audio System in my wife's 2015 RAV4. She loves this. The Toyota branded original equipment system never worked right from the day the car rolled off the lot. The Pioneer system does everything the original system does at one tenth of the cost. It's been working perfectly for more than a month and we're very pleased that we bought this. and the installation was free. Including the optional Sirius Radio tuner install.

We purchased a new in-dash stereo with Apple/Google Play/Navigation for a 2015 Chevy Express 3500 van & we love it! The purchase, and shipping of the accessories, along with the installation all went extremely well & done in a timely fashion.

Leo was very knowledgeable and made sure any of my questions or concerns were answered or taken care of. Installation was quick, instructions afterward were clear, and the installation was professionally done and my vehicles interior was as clean as it was when I dropped it off.

The agents mounted the system fine and most of it was working. But when I went back home, I realized the mic was not working. So had to go again and they found that a cable for the mic was not connected properly. They fixed it, but then this time they forgot to reconnect the backup camera. Luckily noticed it at time of leaving and they were able to fix it soon. Somehow the surrounding panel doesn't look as well as it was before since several parts of the surrounding area next to the panel are badly scratched from them trying to remove the panel.

I needed assistance ordering a car play and getting the free installation advertised. They were very patient in getting me set up and helping place my order.

I used the free Geek Squad installation when I purchased a new radio for my Jeep. Installer was friendly and informative and did a good job installing everything. I wanted to purchase another radio for a different car but unfortunately it seems all Best Buys in the area have stopped the installation service.

Jared did our new car stereo install and made some great recommendations and pointed out features we weren't aware of and he took the time to show us how everthing worked and even helped us sync our cell phines to the bluetooth. I would recommend anyone doing a car stereo install in The Woodlands, Tx area to look this guy up!

The agent was meticulous and thorough with my install. He gave me a quick tutorial afterwards and did not rush even thought was fully booked. He also painted out a couple of speakers that were inopporable that didn't realize. He was helpful in making recommendations on model of speaker to replace.

I went and purchased a DVD player from Best Buy and got the free installation. Geek Squad got me in in a timely manner and even was able to get me in an hour early and was very knowledgeable and explained how to use the DVD player and also told me they would be able to put the stock one back for free if l ever sold the car. Have had no issues whatsoever and love my new player. Thanks Geek Squad for all the hard work!

I recent had a replacement stereo installed at Best Buy and I continue to be really impressed with them. I was upset as my previous stereo was stolen and insurance would not cover the installation. So I called around and priced the install thinking Best Buy way too mainstream and the most expensive. When I looked I found that Best Buy was not only the best price but also had the better gaurantees. I have used Best Buy many times before and the quality is always excellent.

Seems like they installed my stereo without problems and without damage that I've noticed. Stereo works fine as it should. Not sure if during installation my back up sensors were damaged or interfering with the back up system. Disabled now and was working fine before. Hmmmm

The agents worked very quickly to get my car stereo installed. I was told over the phone that it typically takes 2 to 2 and half hours to get my stereo installed. The agents had me in and out in under 42 minutes.

The Techs in the vehicle installation section were kind, courteous, and professional. They never made me feel as though I was clueless. We discussed the In Dash Navigation service and the care the team would provide. It was a great experience. I was in and out in no time.

We bought a new stereo system for my son’s Jeep; we wanted him to have Apple Car Play and in-dash navigation. The radio looks great! It fits well, works well, and overall gives us exactly what we wanted. The installation team made sure to connect everything to the new system so even the steering wheel buttons still work. They used a kit to make it look seamless; no gaps in the dash. Would use Best Buy again!

I recently upgraded my OEM Radio in my 2008 Honda to the CarPlay compatible Pioneer and also installed a backup camera. I went to the Best Buy in Dedham and the Geek Squad member was outstanding! There were a few complications with my installation and he stayed on the issue even passed his closing time to ensure that everything worked perfectly. I was definitely recommend going to the Dedham store for any future installation.

I took my truck to Best Buy to have a stereo and back-up camera installed. Not much customer service but I think that has more to do with one person being in the install area. Tech guys aren't usually the most outgoing but on a personality level of 1-10, 1 being the worst or total lack of personality and 10 being the highest, this guy was about a 2. After the install was performed, the stereo sounded horrible. This was $700 head unit, with harnesses and camera it was well over $1,000. I was so taken back that with the volume turned up to full power there was barely anything coming out of the speakers and what sound was produced was unclear and distorted. The Navigation system would not switch from night to day so at night it was like a giant spotlight in my car, the Bluetooth sounded horrible both with me hearing people and them hearing me. The install guys said it all had to do with my speakers being factory and that I would have to get new speakers if I wanted it to sound right. All of the other problems (and there really are too many to list) Best Buy blamed on the unit itself. So I decided to get a second opinion and took my truck to a local stereo place. They re-did the entire install. Best Buy used the wrong harnesses, wired everything wrong, and did not correctly ground anything. After the stereo was re-installed, it sounded PHENOMENAL!! The back up camera is crystal clear now (it was grainy and fuzzy - of course BB blamed it on the quality of the camera and that it had nothing to do with the install) The stereo hits so hard now that I cannot turn it up even 15% of total power and it blasts. The Bluetooth now sounds clear and people on the other end say I sound great. The Navigation now switches from night and day so it is not so bright at night. There are about 7 other things that improved with the new install, just too many to mention. I am still fighting with Best Buy about refunding me the cost of install. I returned one harness which they did take back since it was all together the wrong part. But since I had to pay for another full install to get it done right, I would expect at least something back. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER. So I am still waiting for the install manager to give me a call or email as they have promised. Calls do not get directed to the right places whether I call corporate or the local store so I have had to go into the store twice now to get any kind of information.
