We purchased a new in-dash stereo with Apple/Google Play/Navigation for a 2015 Chevy Express 3500 van & we love it! The purchase, and shipping of the accessories, along with the installation all went extremely well & done in a timely fashion.

The geek squad guy was very negative and couldnt get the radio to sit right kn dash. It took me 5 minutes to do it at home. Was bery disappointed in the service

The agents mounted the system fine and most of it was working. But when I went back home, I realized the mic was not working. So had to go again and they found that a cable for the mic was not connected properly. They fixed it, but then this time they forgot to reconnect the backup camera. Luckily noticed it at time of leaving and they were able to fix it soon. Somehow the surrounding panel doesn't look as well as it was before since several parts of the surrounding area next to the panel are badly scratched from them trying to remove the panel.

Technician was friendly and very qualified. Did good work. Just that he also had to frequently stop and talk with drop-ins who had questions or wanted product/price info. He was the only one in the shop, so my install took twice as long as it should have due to the multiple interruptions. That should be improved. Not his fault, but not a great customer experience as I had an appt.

The guys in the car stereo area were great. I'd happily work with them again.

I had used Pioneer before but decided to try an Alpine radio this time but it had issues with Android auto. Went back to Pioneer and have not had any issues since. Next time I'll stick to what works.

The Techs in the vehicle installation section were kind, courteous, and professional. They never made me feel as though I was clueless. We discussed the In Dash Navigation service and the care the team would provide. It was a great experience. I was in and out in no time.

The gentlemen who installed this wonderful unit were very professional and their expertise was evident throughout the entire process! In addition I went to one of these gentlemen before I purchased my unit to inquire for my rig and it's needs and requirements, what would he recommend. He was very free with his advice and I now know it was perfect. I could not be more pleased with this Best Buy service so much so they will be installing my new TV in my RV soon!

My car stereo installation went as smoothly as it could. They were able to install it quickly and I haven't had any connectivity issues since. In general, the whole process was really easy and it's worth having professionals install expensive electronic equipment. It's also great that they will reinstall my previous car stereo for free.

The Agent had it done very quickly and with absolutely no issues! Would absolutely come back for another service.

The installation service of this product was unsatisfactory - some of it has to do with the product but some of it has to do with the employee that installed it. Not friendly, Nothing was explained, left a wire hanging out but never explained what it was for, disconnected the steering wheel buttons so now they’re useless. Not an upgrade.

I was able to make my appointment the same day I called. Once I arrived, the staff verified my needed service. With me not being so technical savvy, I was a little lost on some of the terminology being used, so the staff member politely explained everything in detail. The appointment was set for an hour but the installation was completed within that time...I would most definitely recommend their service.

The agents worked very quickly to get my car stereo installed. I was told over the phone that it typically takes 2 to 2 and half hours to get my stereo installed. The agents had me in and out in under 42 minutes.

I bought a new kenwood for my fiancee since she didn't have one due to her car being a 2013 mazda 3. They were able to install it in the time frame they gave me, it looks like it was always mean to be there. They made sure we had all the parts before we came in for an appointment. They were friendly, there were quick, and they walked us through on how to use the in dash navigation.

The Guys at the Mankato Install garage were Awesome, Actually, replaced parts of my Installation wit a better fitment wiring harness then what was ordered when I Purchased the kit, actually, ended up saving me money. Finished exactly when they said they would. Totally recommend Mankato Install

Bryan my agent did an great job with my stereo. He helped guide me to find the best stereo that fits my wants and needs. All of my friends are talking about how they love my stereo, the backup camera as well as the touch screen function on my stereo. I highly recommend Bryan and his crew at the Fayetteville Location.

Received a new stereo as a gift, and they staff worked with me to go through the parts needed to convert from the stock stereo, and answered all my questions about some additional options I considered without trying to push me into additional purchases. Install was flawless - not a scratch anywhere and after almost a year there have been zero problems.

This was by far the best experience that Ive had during my year of total tech support. The techinician on this install, went above and beyond and not only took care of problems other techs could not, he macguyvered another issue that I didnt think was possible without a whole new stereo deck kit. All I can say is wow, give that guy a raise!
