I was in the market to upgrade the stereo in my car and was recommended this particular one. I'm just now getting the hang of using it, lol. The ONLY complaint I have is that it isn't compatible with the Heads up Vehicle Information Center. My original stereo was. I didn't think to ask the tech if it was or not. So I wound up losing all the info display such as gallons of gas used, outside temperature, etc. Still a great stereo in spite of that.

I needed assistance ordering a car play and getting the free installation advertised. They were very patient in getting me set up and helping place my order.

I bought an Android Infotainment system. I wanted to try to install it myself, but yeah, no. I am not technically savvy so I brought it in to best buy. The mechanic installed the system and walked me through the setup. Great rates too.

Install team was great. Initially had issues with steering wheel connections and they worked hard to resolve the issue. Very committed.

Our service/install tech (Nathan) was awesome. The parts that were listed as a match online were not. He helped us get the right parts and worked to make sure we could reschedule the install when it worked for us! His install and communication were awesome- we are very pleased with that experience

I was given a 10 o'clock appointment and was told the work would be done around 2 o'clock .And just about 2 o'clock I received a call stated the work was done.I had a rear view camera ,satellite radio and navigation antenna attached to the head unit.The work was all neatly done and has functioned correctly for a month now.All wires where hidden and the stereo dims with headlights on.Everything done right the first time;Would use BB car install service again.

The tech is very knowledgeable of the work he is doing.

Installer was courteous and knowledgeable, letting me know what to expect from the product. He took the time to show me features after installed. He completed the install in much less time than anticipated

Installed my Sony advanced radio in my car. When I arrived I was told that there was no record of my appointment. I showed my scheduled appointment by Best Buy and they squeezed me in after a 40 minute wait

Purchased Pioneer NEX system and thought that there was free installation at time of online of purchase, but when I got it installed, they said I had to of purchased a wiring harness to go along with it which I didn't need for this install. Not a big deal, but a little deceptive on how they advertise FREE installation but it's not really free.

We had our installation done at the 1604 West Loop Bestbuy and the guy who was there did an awesome job. Though it took longer than expected, we didn't care because he ended up installing our back up camera along with it. For the $200/yr fee to get anything installed, I would highly recommend this and using that bestbuy. We literally drive over 40 minutes just to go to that one. Hands down the best.

This guy really knows what he is doing, and it only took a couple of hours. My radio works great. The guy at Car Toys took two days to install a new radio in my truck. After two days the radio didn't work, but the "Your over the Speed Limit" message sure worked great. I couldn't catch a single station and living in a big town, and can't catch a single radio station. I won't recommend Car Toys for installation. Go to Best Buys they are awesome.

Amazing service from Geek Squad. I have placed an order for a 6.2" JVC apple Carplay system but found a 6.8" version at a comparable price. Geek Squad helped me to exchange it on the day of installation and did a quick and perfect installation. Everything working fine with the system and I plan to re-visit them for some additional installations/upgrades in the future.

Very professional and nice. I thought it was going to take a long time to get done to my surprise it was pretty quick. The tech guy was very nice and pleasant to speak with. Did an excellent job.

Fast, easy, and convenient. Only took about 45 mins to complete. Went from a stock, featureless, plain, boring, mundane factory stereo head unit to a new, bright, shiny, feature packed, amazing, double din touchscreen, sweeeeeeet pioneer stereo head unit. The techs were knowledgeable, fast, and friendly. Couldn't have been a better experience.

They were very professional and knew what they were doing. The appointment was shorter than they suggested it would take. The installation of my car stereo was perfect. They walked me through the basics of it and made sure I was happy. The care that was taken during installation was much appreciated. Everything was done well with no damage to my vehicle.

I received the Pioneer AVH-2550NEX after returning a defective Pioneer AVH-1330NEX that was marked down since it was a previously purchased item. I was really impressed by the Springfield Best Buy staff ( Mario and Barbara) and their genuine willingness to help resolve the matter to my satisfaction. Luis, the installer, took great effort with the installation and the radio looks and plays great!

I bought the installation package with my new car stereo and wanted the peace of mind and support backup for this expensive upgrade to my vehicle. The Geek Squad tech was very helpful and professional. The new installation looks great and the tech gave me a quick introduction to how it operates and even set it up for me with the correct time and background to match my dash lighting. Pro installation is a great investment.

I had a multimedia radio installed in my 2001 BMW. Jordan, the Geek Squad installer was great. He was careful with the install, no scratches, cuts, etc, had it ready on time and explained the complete useage. If I ever do another radio install, I know where I'm taking it and who's going to do it, thank you Jordan for the fantastic job you did. Highly recommended to all.
