The Geek Squad was very professional, kind, and courteous when installing my new radio in my car. They treat your car with respect and clean up when done with the job. They make sure everything works and is done right. And they aren’t happy until the customer is happy.

Brannon of the Folsom Auto installation group is exceptional. Great people skills, strong in explaining the product features, use, and answering questions. Soft skills with people is among the very best. He is sincere and wants to do the best job possible. I would highly recommend Brannon I’m the Auto installation area of your Folsom location.

After a failed attempt by my husband and son to install the radio, we decided to have someone fix it for us. Many calls to various people and places for someone to install with no luck, I finally discovered that Best Buy could install it. The service was excellent and my son is very happy with the radio.

The technician was very courteous, and willing to be flexible with wire routing and Sirius system placement. Very knowledgable and helpful in explaining the operation of the unit. Will not hesitate to recommend this facility for automotive electronics installation... Excellent personnel at the Morse Road (Columbus Ohio) facility.

Nice people and work fast. They've installed two radios of mine and they have both failed. Could be a radio manufacturer issue, I'm not sure.

Best buy installer was extremely helpful in telling me the exact parts i needed to purchase in order to do my stereo/camera install in my SUV. Once i obtained the items I brought the car in and the work was completed in about 4 hours. I appreciated the fact that he communicated regularly with me on his progress and getting my input on specific parts of the installation. Job was well done and i would certainly use him again.

I just wanted to say that the guys over in Geek Squad Rockville did a fantastic job with what little I had on a Best Buy radio installation (open box purchase). Some parts were missing that I wasn’t aware of and they were still able to complete the radio installation as best as they could. For my future reference, buy new.

Steve installed my unit, very professional. He made the unit look great in the car dash. He installed a back up camera also. He gave me lots of instructions on how to use the two units.

Installer did a clean and neat install. Knowledgable. About 3 hours for installing Deck and backup camera. Only wished he'd adjusted the back up lines for me. Didn't noticed they were off till a few days later. Youtube vids showed me how to adjust them. Went to an empty parking lot for side lines. Used spare car for Red warning line.

Chris and Travis at the Union City Best Buy store in California did an incredible job installing my receiver and amplifier. I have an older vehicle which required extensive work to get everything installed properly. They took the time to make sure everything was installed properly and that all the components worked flawlessly. Thank you to the both of you!

Although it took a while to schedule a service due to Covid and the install team not being open again yet. When I did get called back to schedule an appointment the tech worked me in that day due to them being out the next two weeks and me going on vacation the next day. He was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable and I really appreciated that!

The guy who installed my deck an speakers was very professional an also knowledgeable about what he was doing an also explained how to work everything, I would highly recommend them for installation or at least the guy that installed my syste.

The agents re-mounted my new radio, and new speakers into my new Subaru Forrester, and it’s never sounded better. I’m so thrilled to have my new sound system finally hooked, (I had to wait a year because of COVID - 19) it was so worth the wait! Thank you guys, I only shop at Bast Buy for my needs of all things great!!!

The installers were very helpful they got me the right radio that I needed for my car got it installed and even recalibrated it after the steering wheel controls quit working it was my fault

i purchased a closeout pioneer cd/dvd player for my son's 350z...the install went pretty well, except the gauges didn't work afterwards...this they fixed the next day...then the hands-free didn't work and they replaced the mic...finally, the trim kit was missing from the box and had to be re-ordered and was put on the next weekend...not an ideal install but they got it done

I ordered a radio on line to go to the store where it would be installed, the day before the installation the radio was sold. The store manager called me and explained what happen, he said that they had a different more expensive radio that they would replace it with. when I got to the store I wasn't happy with the new radio so the manager ordered a new radio over night and I had it installed 2 days later

Had Kenwood receiver installed. Zero issues and tech added my phone and explained the details. Called about 2 weeks later to make sure everything was ok.

My agent was Desean/Deshawn(sorry dont really know how to spell his name), but he was outstanding. He worked on my Nissan 370z and provided amazing service. He was very professional and helpful. Provided me excellent service, and answered all my questions. Amazing experience, 5/5.

They did a great job and explained all the options my car stereo had to offer. Its very stabl and stylish as well.
